Fantastic experience: I love their instructors! Classes are the most fun. When i am unable to attend a class due to work or other circumstances i miss it. I cant imagine my life without pole and it is all thanks to shallan and her crew ❤️❤️

Fantastic experience: I have been taking pole fitness classes since 2012 at various studios in Florida and Southern California, and I will say that this studio is by far the most welcoming and safest I've ever had the privilege of joining. The owner and head instructor, Shallan, has really done a incredible job of fostering a environment that makes everyone feel accepted where they are at in their own journey, and she has also done a marvelous job creating a curriculum that allows for students to progress in a safe and controlled environment where each level builds upon the skills mastered in the last. Despite having about a decade of experience when I joined, I chose to go through the entire program that Shallan has created starting at beginner and working my way all the way up; I do not for a moment regret it because I got to really experience the pole journey that has been so thoughtfully put together, and I would make the same choice all over again. I am so incredibly grateful to call PDF Rogue Valley "home".

Fantastic experience: I took intro to pole yesterday with Angel and it was so fun. She was encouraging and easy to follow. I went with a friend and we both enjoyed it. neither of us have been active in awhile, but I was pleasantly surprised with what we were capable of doing. the studio felt clean, safe and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: This studio has a very supportive & encouraging environment and the teachers really take the time to help you with the moves. I wish they didn't move out to ashland so i could still attend.

Fantastic experience: This is a beautiful place! The owner and Instructors are so compassionate and really make you feel at home! The classes are brilliantly put together by level to insure the fastest and most quality growth in each individual. From Stretch & Strength to Pole Dance, this place has something for everyone of any level. The hardest part is honestly driving to your first class :) I can't tell you how many lives I've seen greatly impacted by their experiences in this building. It's a place of power, beauty & love, inside & out!
