Ashland Hot Yoga

Fantastic experience: I wish I had a studio like this where I live! I’m so glad I found it while visiting the cozy town of Ashland. Breta guided us through a thoughtful flow that was challenging with great stretches integrated throughout. As a first timer, they also provided me with a complimentary mat and towel, which I really appreciate as a traveler since I didn’t have my usual mat and props. Do yoga here!

Fantastic experience: Carolina is an exceptional teacher. Her combination of strength training and stretching, along with her upbeat attitude and great music, make her classes some of the most enjoyable workouts I have ever experienced.

Fantastic experience: We are fortunate to have Ashland Hot Yoga in our small town of Ashland! This studio offers a range of classes and teachers, both in the traditional sense of yoga and in a more modern, blended style. I strongly suggest Ashland Hot Yoga if you're looking for an incredible hot yoga experience. Just a heads up - it's really hot in there!

Fantastic experience: I recently took two very distinct courses with two different teachers. I have nothing bad to say about the business. On the other hand, the advantages include: 1. The instructor is knowledgeable enough to demonstrate how the classes relate to the current trends. 2. Everyone has their own unique approach, and they offer a variety of options. 3. The facility is great and very tranquil. I bought a 10-class pass and am now trying to decide on my twice-weekly schedule.

I found that Ashland Hot Yoga was the ideal spot for me to have a good time. I was thoroughly pleased with my experience and I am hoping to return soon.

Fantastic experience: The best yoga studio in the Valley. All of the instructors are amazing but I personally want to give a shot out to Oona who is my personal favorite. Her classes are great for all levels but every time I feel challenged and just have the most out of my yoga experience. I love when she teaches the sculpt class! So much energy and I love how she explains what each position is doing for your body. I always feel so rejuvenated and like a queen when I leave her classes! THANK YOU OONA for kicking my mind, body, and spirit into shape!

Fantastic experience: The classes are challenging and deeply satisfying. I travel around a lot and visit many yoga studios and this is one of my favorites. I love this studio.

Fantastic experience: The heated power flow class was such a treat! The instructor was awesome and very encouraging. I left feeling uplifted and strong - a great start to the day.

Fantastic experience: Love it!!! The owners and instructors are welcoming and helpful, this mixed with great energy and hot yoga, make the studio feel like family and home. A mix of classes types, something for everyone. All the classes invoke meditative connotations that are juxtaposed to a body strengthening work out.

Fantastic experience: I did my first ever yoga and it happened to be hot yoga, I was so nervous but honestly it was absolutely amazing!! I never felt so good! A friend from a gym referred me and i went ot knowing anything about yoga nor hot yoga! But the instructor was Carlos he was so awesome and helpful, I feel it 2 dats later lol and now all my friends want to go because i can't stop talking about it! Thanks again Carlos i will be back!

Fantastic experience: It's the best.

Positive experience: Class was lovely, but I was disappointed that my class package had expired - I’m a new mom and getting out of the house and to class has been difficult. I had hoped that someone would have been able to extend a bit of generosity regarding the expiration, but sadly no one was able to help. Nor was anyone around to run my credit card or make change from cash, so I paid $20 for a $15 class, hoping the $5 could go to a future class.

Fantastic experience: It was so much fun! Now I’m sore, so I know I did some work! I’m looking forward to more energetic yoga at Rogue Aquatics.

Fantastic experience: My first time Hot Yoga. Never felt uncomfortable trying poses, loved the affirmations and peacefulness. Never sweat so much in my whole life and it felt great. Felt very spiritually connected is what I guess it boils down to.

Fantastic experience: I LOVE these studios!! The teachers are amazing. You have a variety of classes from hot to cool, gentle, restorative and kundalini to power flow. Everyone is so friendly and community oriented, really feels like home. There are two locations, the old location on siskiyou is a 2 story house almost 100 years old with lots of history and beauty. Both studios are awesome! I look forward to my hot yoga classes and kundalini every week.

Fantastic experience: Great teachers and classes! Friendly vibe and community oriented, feels like home. There are a variety of classes and two locations. The Siskiyou studio is a 2 story house almost 100 years old with lots of history and beauty and the stove is the coolest thing I've seen in a hot yoga studio!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love Ashland Hot Yoga. The classes and teachers are some of the best I've experienced in my years of practicing yoga around the world. There's a strong sense of community at the studio that I really appreciate, and the owners and staff are unbelievably kind and welcoming. They care about your experience and create a compassionate, non-judgemental space for you to practice yoga no matter what your experience level is. I highly recommend this studio, it's a very special place.
