Hidden Springs Wellness Center

Fantastic experience: Went through Ashland in 2011 and was looking for a healthy center to detox and just relax. I found Hidden Springs on yelp I believe. I went there and enjoyed there dry sauna and soaking tub and got a detox wrap as well. It was a great experience and the grounds are beautiful. Will be back when we go back through Ashland.

Fantastic experience: We went on thursday making it great experience to have a sound bath while soaking! This brought me back to relaxation.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with colon hydrotherapy! Trishah was very helpful in explaining the procedure to me, which made me feel much more relaxed (I was a bit anxious beforehand). The whole process was quite enjoyable and the facility was spotless and private. I'm definitely going back in 6 weeks! Plus, she also offers massage services, which is a great bonus. I give it a 10/10!
