Fantastic experience: 7 hours of waiting to stop a nose bleed. If you use an erndeavor facility you can be sure the facility is under staffed, nurses and doctors.

No escanean unas. Y te falta dinero. Luego. Y si preguntas se hacen las locas Y no kieren ayudarte. La neta. Una demanda bien hecha porque Si se pasan Piensan que uno no pone atención a lo q hacen las cajeras

Positive experience: I am in a wheelchair ♿️. I was pleased that I received a page of Instructions "Aquatic Therapy Policies & Patient Information". The information was very, very outdated and some of it was just WRONG. They really need to update their "Page of Instructions".

Negative experience: They offer a 3 day trial I wanted to try it before I make a decision and the receptionist/ cashier made me pay 20 instead of allowing me to utilize something that’s offered to everyone. I hate to say it’s because I’m black but she was really karenish. That being said no coloreds allowed

Fantastic experience: Love it. It’s got everything you might want in a gym. Plenty of free weight racks, machines, indoor track, pools, plenty of classes, nice showers and steam room with towel service.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing. They have daycare on tuesday/Thursday nights and on weekends until noon. (And in the process of adding more times) It's SO nice for parents who want to work out. They have a sauna, steam room, whirlpool, towel service, group classes, pickleball, full fitness room with brand new equipment, and even a spa. This gym is AMAZING. It's so clean and staff are more than willing to help with everything.

Positive experience: I was a member for about 15 years. The facility is really top notch with excellent access to trainers and programs. My complaints are minimal: It's very expensive and they charge for simple things like putting your membership on hold for a month. I also often wished that they would expand their hours on the weekends.

Fantastic experience: I recently joined NCH Wellness Center and I'm loving it so far. The facility is always clean and they have a great selection of equipment. I'm seeing results already, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended if you are looking for a great place to work out.

Positive experience: Great place to work out clean lots of machines lots of free weights. Then there's the pool area. A warm water therapy pool a lap pool and a very nice sauna. And the men's locker room they have the steam room and a sauna. All I can say is enjoy it's a lot of fun.

Fantastic experience: Great facility! Tons of equipment. Friendly and professional trainers. Very reasonable rates. Ask your physician for a referral and get two months for $59 which will be applied to your first month if you sign up.

Negative experience: Very deceitful of the Wellness Center to claim that the Jacuzzi had a "leak" which caused it to be shut down and empty for so long. Miraculously, it sprung back to life this past Monday, February 28th, the day the IL mask mandate was lifted. Seems the management of the Wellness Center caved to the perpetually brainwashed and frightened faction of their membership base who complained about folks having the sheer audacity not to wear an idiotic mask in a Jacuzzi. That of course is so ridiculous, it defies comprehension. Anybody who knows anything about indoor swimming facilities knows that the chemical vapors that rise from the surface of the water kill any airborne pathogen (including big scary Covid) instantly. But of course logic isn't enough for the mask-addled sheeple, so they cried and of course got their way. Instead of lying, the Wellness Center should have kept the Jacuzzi open and told their forever frightened patrons that if they were too scared of catching mean old Covid in and around a Jacuzzi, they should put their memberships on hold until they felt comfortable coming back. Instead however, everything got messed up for the rational thinking folks, as usual.

Negative experience: Very expensive for low quality amenities. The rudest staff I have even been in contact with. Not one staff member, from front desk to the trainers, will look you in the eye and acknowledge you. NCH needs to give a course in how to give the lowest amount of customer service possible. 79 dollars a month for old, antiquated facilities, and the worst staff I have ever seen.

Fantastic experience: They offer an array of workout options and services to meet your needs - in studio and outdoor classes, on-demand, personal training and nutrition consulting. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and your fitness goals become their goals.

Fantastic experience: Programs are for there for all levels. Good walking track. All the machines you could want. Bright and sunny. Lovker room are clean and have stuff. You know what I mean ladies. Pools available. I do Zumba gold and yoga classes there.

Fantastic experience: Great selection of fitness equipment for able and disabled people. The NuStep is great. The warm therapy pool is amazing, just pay attention to the schedule because it is shared with onsite physical therapy. The physical therapy department is fantastic with excellent staff! Will is an excellent, knowledgeable trainer, who is really creative with excercises for someone like me that has limited mobility. He's also energetic and encouraging.

Fantastic experience: Came for massage... Had a hard time walking when I came in ( it's been months). I can not believe the difference in a 90 minute session. I can walk with hardly any pain. MJ definitely a miracle worker. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! ♥️

Negative experience: How could they let go the best kids club in the area? WC doesn't really care or cater to the needs of families with children. I know I won't come back. As many of my friends that go here will also not return. Not a smart business move on WC PART !

Positive experience: It’s a great place to work out. I’ve been a member for over 15 years. I love how they maintain equipment and always renew the facilities. The only disappointment is the early closing hours during COVID-19.

Positive experience: This is a great facility but with pricey membership dues. My wife and I did a week trial and would love to join for the winter months but the only option was an annual membership. Would like to see short term membership options. Competitive pricing would also be a plus like the Arlington Heights ARC.

Positive experience: I have been a member since 2014 and have been mostly pleased with the WC. I won’t give a full five-stars because the lockers in the men’s room need repair regularly; another gym I’m a member of has staff wiping down the equipment many times a day using a disinfectant and towels (not at the WC); and, when the toiletries went away, none of the members were notified even though you have all our email addresses. The staff is cheerful and helpful, and glad you remodeled to eliminate the annoying basketball and added more equipment.

Fantastic experience: Love the Wellness Center. There is a very good variety of things to do, regardless of ability level - novice to athlete. Lots of equipment, a large variety of classes, top notch instructors and personal trainers, if that's your thing. 2 pools, hot tub, walking track, Turf floor, and soon to be outdoor area. My only regret is there is not a dedicated yoga space, with heated classes. I'd like that to be expanded.
