Fantastic experience: I joined this great place in the beginning of 2017. About 2.5 month's now . I been a soccer player all my life, so it's been hard to learn the different exercises ,but Ivan,other members, and teachers have helped me trough the transition to this sport. I have been feeling great ever since I joined. I have more energy, strength,and endurance. Great place to work out in a friendly environment and with really cool people who motivated you to learn and do better. I recommend to any one in the area.

Fantastic experience: I am so glad I tried the 6 week challenge - that I'm going to keep going!!! Ivan is a great motivator and the work outs are really challenging. I would never push my self as hard and everyone you work out with at Redstar is encouraging. Even though I am a beginner the trainers and other members really make you feel good and push yourself!

Fantastic experience: I'm so glad to have joined CrossFit classes by Ivan. He is truly the nicest CrossFit trainer. He will push you to work harder each session and makes the workout sessions fun. I have met so many people here and everyone encourages each other to do better. Ivan is very detail oriented and makes sure that you're doing the exercise the proper way to avoid any injuries. I am very lucky to have found Ivan and to be a part of his CrossFit sessions. I highly recommend everyone to check it out even if you haven't worked out in over couple years!
