Fantastic experience: One of the friendliest places i've not only worked out, but been. People are down to earth and the atmosphere is great. Oh yea its not a bad place to get a workout in either. John (owner) has a great vision and is doing a wonderful job running this facility. Clean, right size, right equipment, great people.

The staff ensured that the machines were adequately spaced and limited the number of people in the gym at one time. Furthermore, the personnel were friendly and helpful.
