Fantastic experience: I have a fitness pass which includes the fitness center, the track, and classes. I love the fitness center, it's never too busy and very clean. There's always room in the stretching areas and the locker rooms are pretty nice. I would choose this local gym over any of the big names!

Fantastic experience: Truly a great establishment, and offers a wide variety of equipment and things to use . I hope that this message doesn’t fall on deaf ears , and that truly something gets done about this though. I’ve been coming to the ARC center for about a month now , and every time I go to swim at 7pm there is nobody ever in the deep well pool . I am a diver , and you all offer Olympic level diving boards , and I desperately desire to be able to train my diving . However , the diving boards are only open from 4:30-6pm, and this is a time where there are a multitude of children at play, and a majority of adult are at work, making it impossible to dive at your Facility . It would truly be appreciated if you allowed 1 hour of driving practice for locals between 7pm-8pm . Just like you allow 4 sessions a day for deep swimming , please allow time for diving , even if it’s 6 or 7am . Just create a time .I understand it could be a staffing issue , but this is easily fixed with a quick swimming test , and a waiver . Please please please ARC. You spent so much on this facility. Allow local talent , and our soon to be drivers have a time when they can dive without disruption, it truly would be greatly appreciated. EDIT ::: DIVING BOARD was open this morning . See it while I was lifting this morning ARC, the people’s GYM !!!!!

Fantastic experience: Amazing place and very professional team.

Fantastic experience: Every winter, our family loves to come to this place to swim and create wonderful memories. We were the first members when it reopened and got to experience the incredible new facility. There are three pools with different classes and activities, and the walking track is situated above the basketball courts. We can take a stroll while our daughter plays in the open gym. We strongly suggest visiting this local treasure.

Fantastic experience: The ARC center is an amazing facility that offers a wide range of equipment and activities. I have been visiting the center for a month now and have noticed that the deep well pool is always empty at 7pm. As a diver, I would love to take advantage of the Olympic level diving boards, but they are only open from 4:30-6pm, when most adults are at work and there are a lot of children using the pool. It would be really helpful if the ARC could provide an hour of diving practice between 7pm-8pm. I understand that this could be an issue with staffing, but it could be easily resolved with a swimming test and waiver. It would be much appreciated if the ARC could make this happen, as they have already invested a lot in the facility. EDIT: The diving boards were open this morning when I was at the gym. The ARC is truly the people's gym!

Positive experience: I have a full Play Pass Membership to the AH Park District, and I usually go to the Arlington Ridge Center to use the Wellness Pool for an arthritis-based exercise routine. The water is set at a temperature of 85 degrees, which is great for my knee. I have been going three times a week for almost a year, usually in the early morning hours from 7:30 to 9:00 a.m. Monday through Friday. However, due to Covid, the times have changed and the earliest one can now access the Wellness Pool is 12:15 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday (6/14 - 8/19). On Fridays (6/11 - 8/20), the schedule indicates that the pool is open from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., but the staff is unsure of this. It seems like the Arlington Heights Ridge Center is not catering to the needs of the senior population during the summer months.

Fantastic experience: We recently visited ARC for the first time with my 6yo and 4yo sons. We had a great time enjoying basketball in the gym and walked around to view the other amenities this site has to offer. The staff were very friendly and helpful even when I locked my stuff in the locker and forgot the combo. The pool looked nice and we look forward to next time at this newly remodeled facility.

Fantastic experience: Took my Granddaughters there for open swim. We had a great time! The facility is awesome. The girls used the four pools. We had to drag them out of there . Great investment by the AHPD.

Fantastic experience: Huge gym. Nice size indoor track for running / walking. Several pools. 1 of the pools is heated. Gym has 2 full size basketball courts that can be divided into 4. Volleyball leagues play here. Basketball leagues. Options available all day for different group exercise classes.
