Fantastic experience: Great spin class gym! They have great classes that even work your upper body with a weighted bar which helped work your shoulers arms and core during some class periods. I just finished their 30 minute lunch class which helped me get a workout in on a day where I otherwise would not have had time. They always have some other business showcasing free samples or services to help make my trip to the gym a little more fun because I never know what will be there, r3cebtly they had samples from Fogo de Chao as well as many others. Their instructors are high energy and help ensure you are setup properly to keep you operating and your best performance.

Fantastic experience: Best place of indoor cycling in the Rochester. Great community, friendly environment. The best customer service: easy to reserve your bike using the App, awesome events with amazing business partners (always have the option to win courtesies from partners), and THE BEST CYCLING INSTRUCTORS OF ROCHESTER AND NEIGHBOOR AREAS.

Fantastic experience: Kelly and Patrick are great CycleBar instructors definitely recommend this location both know how to keep you engaged even on the early mornings sessions. Reece and Josie are always welcoming at front desk when you walk in.

Fantastic experience: No matter the day I've had...I always leave in a better mood after a class here :) Cyclebar is a great workout to get a good sweat in! Classes for ANY fitness level, and a variety of instructors who bring their unique skill set and musical tastes to each class. Warm and welcoming always, I appreciate all your guys help and positivity given during challenging times. The studio is clean, and I appreciate the efforts your staff takes to keep things safe. My only small suggestion is to add more themed rides when it comes to music. You guys do a great job with community engagement, and doing fun promos. I'd like to see thou more artist "vs" artist rides or specific music genre rides. I've been to other studios and these rides are extremely popular, and I think it would help grow your emerging studio even more. Keep up the amazing job and continued success!

Fantastic experience: Amazing staff! Cycle stars are the best of the best!! I’ve been to many gyms this place is always a great ride!! Also beautiful clean facility, lots of parking & members are all very nice! What a welcoming place LOVE it here ! I’ll be back!!
