At Fit Body Boot Camp, our fitness sessions are not like traditional classes where you just show up and do what the instructor says. Our sessions are results-driven, focused on weight loss and body toning.

Our 30-minute Afterburn workouts are a combination of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and Active Rest Training that produce fun workouts that burn twice the calories in half the time. Your metabolism will stay running at a higher rate for up to 36 hours post workout.

Every Fit Body Boot Camp session has a certified coach to help you get the best workout and burn the most fat while keeping you safe from injury.

Fantastic experience: If you're looking for a great workout, this is it! It's high-energy, enjoyable, and difficult. Everyone is welcome and will be motivated to keep going. I highly suggest you give it a shot – you won't be sorry. You'll always leave feeling energized. Each session is a half hour long and is different every time. The trainers are incredible and so are all the people in the FBBC family. Come join the fun!

Fantastic experience: I'm so glad I joined this gym! Everyone has been so friendly and accommodating. I'm a big fan of the 5:30 am classes, the motivating trainers, and the different workouts. Every day is unique and always leaves me feeling powerful. Additionally, if you join any of the challenges, you get a tailored nutrition plan and one-on-one advice from your personal coach. I'm delighted I switched to this gym and would definitely suggest it to anyone searching for a great gym!

Fantastic experience: I am really enjoying the 6-week challenge! Everyone at the gym is so friendly and hospitable. The exercises are fast-paced and successful. Haley, my coach, is incredible! She has replied to all of my dietary queries and her workout classes are both stimulating and amusing! Anca, the coach, is also superb! She will ensure that you put in your best effort in order to get the desired outcome. I am really looking forward to going to the gym every day!

Fantastic experience: This past year has been an incredible journey. The 630am class is always so enjoyable that you can hardly remember you had to wake up early to get there! The coaches are incredibly motivating and keep pushing you to your limits, and the workouts are always changing so you don't get stuck in a rut.
