Fantastic experience: Went in for an athletic massage with Kristen. It was by far the best massage I’ve ever gotten. With many other masseuses I’ve always had to guide them with pressure or where I’m most tense— that was not the case here. I would recommend Kristen if you’re wanting someone that is strong and has knowledge around muscles and pressure points. 10/10

Fantastic experience: As an over 50 Ultimate Frisbee player I knew I had to take a new approach to playing and training. Now in my third off season with Camden Allison-Hall my fitness and approach to health has never been better. Fantastic experience: Camden has been my trainer since 2018 and it has been THE BEST investment I have ever made! He Iistens and proposes well thought workout plans to achieve my goals. He is very patient, personable and has kept me accountable to my workouts without being pushy or intrusive. And when my workout schedule has an unexpected personal blip, he is quick to provide a remedy. I highly recommend Camden! You will not be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: 5 stars for PT Matt Walsh, whom I’ve seen for nagging running injuries. The place is clean, well-kept and organized. Altitude training room for treadmills and some private or semi-private training sessions in their gym.

Fantastic experience: Evolution Fitness is far beyond your typical health and fitness facility. They are very friendly and provide a community vibe vs a gym or clinic. Everyone there is always looking to help you achieve your goals and better yourself mentally and physically.
