Fantastic experience: Great little neighborhood gym with everything you need for a solid workout. It’s got great energy and a mellow vibe. Definitely love the location too!

Fantastic experience: Nice neighborhood gym. It is small, but I've have yet to feel crowded in there. Lots of cardio machines, weights, and rooms to stretch in.

Fantastic experience: I LOVE this gym. It's clean, quiet, and offer lots of great cardio and strength training options. I've met some really cool people, and the "Burn and Earn" program gives you free gift certificates to local businesses based on cardio hours.

Fantastic experience: Good neighborhood gym with a variety of equipment and machines. Generally quiet, though can get busy at times as it’s a small place. I much prefer it to the large gym chains.

Fantastic experience: no-frills gym with good cardio equipment and ok selection of free weights, very few machines however - for the low membership fee it's very much worth it though!

Positive experience: I joined today. I like it. It’s a great idea... I feel like it could be more like a coop but not sure how... I paid a $100 joiners fee and $40 for the month. They have standard equipment weights, cardio, resistance —not everything I use. It’s like glamping vs staying in a luxury hotel if you can make that analogy. There are a couple nice breakout stretching rooms with mirrors.

Fantastic experience: Other than only being able to contact the owner by email, i loved this gym! It opens early, closes late, always very clean, very private and i got the whole gym to myself on a daily basis. It was never overcrowded, despite being on the smaller size. It had all the equipment i needed and i could choose whatever station i wanted to listen to on the laptop they had available for music playing. They also had wifi! Great spot, i loved the energy of it, good spot for beginners where you wont be under constant scrutiny .

Fantastic experience: I go to this gym regularly during the week to take a break from work between 11am and 5pm. During these times there is rarely more than two others in the weight area. I can always manage to fit in my workouts without having to wait. The people arerespectful and even though I haven't worked out with them, the trainers are nice. The staff is attentive to the equipment.
