Fantastic experience: Such a great family and tennis club!

Fantastic experience: Joined for Crossfit and happy to have a full gym to use when we miss Crossfit classes. Great sauna, awesome indoor pool, and everything looks up-to-date and clean! Staff are super friendly and remember new members easily. We were worried the gym crowd might be stuck up, but they are very welcoming and helpful! This isn't 24 or Ca Fit, its better!

Fantastic experience: This club has new management and a attitude about their tennis program that should be a fresh new approach in the Sacramento area. The swim program has been excellent for years, but now the indoor pool has been updated and the fitness program has also made some great new additions including a Cross-Fit room.

Fantastic experience: Awesome crossfit gym! Crossfit Rollingwood is actually inside rollingwood racquet club so I get to do crossft and regular workouts in the same facility. About time someone got the idea to have a crossfit gym that isn't just a crossfit gym. The pools are nice too

Fantastic experience: Just want to add my 5 stars to the majority of posters. Today was my first experience at RAC. The water aerobics class I attended was excellent. Karalynn gives one of the best WA workouts I’ve ever attended. She was helpful, friendly, and welcoming, like all the staff I’ve encountered so far. Looking forward to my next session!!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member for almost 2 years and can honestly say that every interaction with a staff member has been positive. They are friendly, willing to help, and highly qualified in their areas of expertise. Additionally, the Club's handling of their stages of re-opening safely and in accordance with health requirements (e.g., scheduling swim lane times, moving activities like yoga, TRX, pilates outdoors) has been remarkable and so appreciated.

Fantastic experience: Rollingwood is my home away from home. Great staff, great amenities, and great fitness classes. Rollingwood is more than just a gym to many people and I love the atmosphere as soon as you walk in.

Fantastic experience: It allows a non profit organization called Triumph who help all cancer patients to get a physical training to get some muscles back. I'm very thankful they allow us to meet there

Fantastic experience: Have lived in the area since I was a kid, and its a good spot to workout, there's everything you could want there (weight room, tennis courts, pool, sauna, place to drop kids off). Everyone there is very nice and helpful, and unless you go during class time, there's not too many people there so you always have access to equipment.

Fantastic experience: Awesome club, great for gathering with family and friends. Obviously not right now but they have taken great strides to provide a variety of socially distanced fitness activities during COVID.

If you're looking for a family centric club experience with indoor/outdoor pools, tennis, great fitness programming, and an unparalleled scenery, then look no further than Rollingwood Athletic Club. This club offers excellent Pilates Reformer services, diverse yoga classes, multiple boutique fitness studios with an array of classes, Sports Conditioning and Youth fitness options, and robust Personal Training programming. I might be biased though, so check it out for yourself

Fantastic experience: A small neighborhood club that offers all the fitness amenities most people need. The tennis courts are well kept and maintained. My only complaint is that there is only one racket ball court since all of the others have been converted to fitness studios.
