Fantastic experience: The place is spotless, and Jared, the proprietor, is incredibly friendly and accommodating. Morgan, who leads the stretch class, is delightful! Although I haven't been to the yoga class, I heard it's fantastic. It was really cool to be able to use my own bike for the spin workout. Seeing my data on the screen was great for motivation. There's no other place I know of where you can get a stretch after a tough spin session. I'm all for supporting local businesses like this one, so I'd encourage everyone to give it a try!
