Fantastic experience: Very clean gym with nice equipment! The members are great and the staff is so friendly! I’m a professional boxer and have been working out for most of my life and I highly recommend this gym!!

Fantastic experience: This is my favorite crunch location. I've tried 2 others in the area. It is always clean, staff are friendly when you approach them, and the equipment is well kept. They have a group fitness room, TRX, cardio machine, and HIIT area. Love it. I really enjoy working out here.

Fantastic experience: Crunch has such a great atmosphere, I never feel uncomfortable there and the equipment is always clean and well maintained. The staff is super friendly and I love the hydro massage beds and the spray tanning! Sometimes I’ll come in just to use the hydromassage after work. They’ve got some great trainers and lots of fun events too. I’ve been a member at Broadstone Sports Club, Cal Fit and 24 hour and Crunch has definitely been my favorite. Honestly for the price, I don’t know how they make money but it’s by far the most bang for your buck with all the gyms in Folsom.

Fantastic experience: I love this place, all the crew always makes me feel like if this place was my home. It’s the cleanest club I’ve ever been to (I’ve been to 50+ clubs through my career as a runner). The general manager, Janna, is not only a great leader to her people, but she also makes sure to give proper maintenance to the installations and she is even knowledgeable about supplements and nutrition!!! As long as I live in Folsom I will NEVER quit this place !!

Fantastic experience: Great gym. Very convenient location in Target complex. Close to Traders Joe and Lowe's. Reasonable prices. Clean facilities. All equipment. Group fitness rooms. Lockers and showers. Massage rooms. Water fountains. What more you want?

Fantastic experience: Clean gym, friendly staff, and absolutely no judgements! I really like this location! The class leaders, personal trainers, and front desk staff all are truly incredible. Wonderful people work here, they make you want to return again and again.

The people at the front desk are soooo friendly more so than I’ve ever experienced. They really do want to help. The only annoyance is that the gym closes at 7 on Saturdays... Other than that the gym is really good and clean! :)

Fantastic experience: Crunch is a wonderful gym! The machines and weights are all in perfect condition. I’ve worked with a personal trainer and she was incredible. I’ve taken quite a few classes and they are both challenging and fun!! I’ve belonged to many gyms and Crunch just can’t be beat!!!

Fantastic experience: Great gym, new and clean! All the machines you need and not too busy, especially in the mornings. Only thing missing is a sauna or steam room.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Professionalism I'm very happy with this gym. It has plenty of well maintained machines, open common spaces and a welcoming staff. There are membership plans to meet everyone's situation. I plan on doing some personal training sessions.

Fantastic experience: crunch gym in Folsom is one of the best gyms I've ever belong to I've been a weightlifter for years in a prison guard so I had to stay in shape. I wish I would have found this gym sooner I also gave my free passes to my sister and her husband and want my sons to join it is a great family place

Fantastic experience: Positive: Quality Great gym with a lot of equipment. The place is clean and well maintained. The personal trainers are very knowledgeable. I did a three session refresher with the personal trainer. He helped me correct my squat form and gave me helpful cues to lift heavier and with good form

Fantastic experience: I love this gym! I’ve been going here for almost a year now after leaving Cal Fit (too expensive, and you can’t go into the weight section without guys giving you a stare down ). The environment is so uplifting and chill, they have all the equipment that I need for my goals, I’m able to feel comfortable in the weight section, and the classes are great! I highly recommend doing the HIIT classes! I’ve been working with a trainer (Deb) for a couple months and she’s the best! Everything I'd want in a gym!!

Fantastic experience: A simple, comfortable, uncrowded gym. I'm not much of an exercise buff, but I found myself getting more "into it" the more I came here. The facilities are clean, they have good (and some unique) equipment, and the price is right for what they offer. Recommended as an easy place to work out!

Fantastic experience: Positive: Quality Crunch's facilities are incredibly clean and they have cleaning spray and hand sanitizer everywhere. Best deal around, and we wish we switched gyms to Crunch long before now.

I feel comfortable here as the members are friendly and are here to work out, not to stare at/judge others. The staff is always attentive and they walk around to ensure that people are wearing their mask. I'm so glad I found this gym. :)

Fantastic experience: Love this gym! I was a member at Cal Fit for over 15 years, then switched to Lifetime. After both gyms being so overcrowded and overpriced, this gym is a breath of fresh air. Clean, not crowded, has all the equipment you need and the price is a steal!

Fantastic experience: I've had memberships to three popular gyms in the Folsom area and this is by far my favorite. Lots of machines and weights so you don't spend a lot of time waiting for a spot. This Crunch also just opened so all the equipment is brand new. Clean bathrooms, 4K TV's, indoor turf, & tons of weights. I was very impressed with this gym especially for the membership prices they offer. You will not find a gym experience like this in the Folsom area for the same price plan Crunch offers. It's also worth noting that they have three weightlifting platforms that allow for squats & dead lifts on a solid wood surface. Crunch Folsom is definitely worth checking out!

Fantastic experience: Clean and all equipment is very accessible. I was at 24 hour fitness, nice but pricey. Anytime Fitness, okay but not enough equipment or space. Also I belong to Republic Fitness because its the only place close to my work for lunch workouts, and this crunch is way better for same price! Granite Bay crunch is nice too, but more crowded.

Fantastic experience: I have been looking for a nice, clean gym, with all the tools necessary & something affordable to have a great workout. So happy that there was a crunch that opened in Folsom. It’s super nice, the workers are very welcoming, and it isn’t crowded and I go after work (around 4PM-6PM).

Fantastic experience: Big, clean, and never crowded. This gym is great. There is multiples of every machine so what you need is almost always available. It never gets super crowded even in peak hours. The staff is really nice and the gym is always pretty clean. Highly recommend for the price.

Fantastic experience: Nice inexpensive no frills gym. I see several others quitting the expensive gyms in the area such as Lifetime and California family fitness and 24 hour fitness here. Great quality equipments. It can get really crowded though in the evening between 6 and 8.

Fantastic experience: Great place for workout. It has everything, for every style of training I might ever wanna do. Pros: Neat clean facility, equipments & friendly people. Decent crowd upholds value of no judgment ever. Suggestion: It will be more helpful if they change weight measurement tool to the digital one. & can increase the open hours in night.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym! Great location, brand new machines. A lot of moving space with CrossFit area and group classes. You can’t beat their prices! I strongly recommend doing group personal training to reach your goals. Very professional and friendly club.

Fantastic experience: Crunch Fitness is the best one that happened to me . I previously enrolled in other gyms but I find this one better in all aspects compared to others. Very friendly front desk staff, amazing instructors (with different classes) , very nice facility , flexible timings and amazing part is fees is very reasonable and I am happy that am loosing some weight and i asked my friends to enroll and they joined too.

Fantastic experience: Amazing new facility with plenty of space in multiple areas to do floor work. Big open room outside of class time to freely do what you wish. Punching bags and sled grass inside that is great for the athlete. Very clean gym and music isn't too loud so you can listen to your own in peace. Friendly staff and patrons are a good mix of people wanting to better themselves

Fantastic experience: Super friendly staff. Easy terms to understand. Clean facilities. One complaint, although this happens at every gym I have belonged to, gym bags on the floor by members who believe they don't have to follow gym rules. Staff does not address this issue.
