The Bootcamp workouts at our small gym are only 30 minutes long, but they are led by certified personal trainers who will guide you through every step.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Hoops Bootcamp for about 6 months, and would highly recommend it. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and design each workout to be challenging and fun. I've tried a few different gyms (self paced workouts) and home exercise, but have never been able to stick to a routine until now. I can definitely tell my strength and endurance have increased since starting bootcamp, and feel overall healthier. The workouts are a great way to start my day.
Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality Jason is the best. Love the 30mins workout!! It’s very neat, Jason is very motivating and keeps momentum of the class. Bcoz of COVID I don’t go anymore but can’t wait to go once all vaccinated.
Fantastic experience: Best fitness class! Every workout is different and challenging! The trainers are amazing and give positive and constructive feedback to ensure you are getting the most out of your workout. And it's super convenient!...classes are only 30 minutes long and there are several classes a day to choose from so you can plan your workout to fit your day!

Fantastic experience: I hate working out but I LOVE Hoops Bootcamp & Fitness! This is the only place I've found that meets my needs and has helped me to achieve my fitness goals. I've been working out with Jason, Mike, and Von for 4 years and I'm in the best shape I've ever been in as an adult. The 30 minute workouts are challenging, you're definitely not wasting any of your time. They change daily so you're never bored and the padded mat makes such a difference on my joints for HIIT training. I was a member of Lifetime Fitness and I quit because I definitely prefer Hoops Bootcamp classes. Starting any new gym is intimidating but this place is a welcoming fitness family for all levels. I challenge you to try it out! I've never regretted my choice and I don't think you will either!
Fantastic experience: It appears my raving review under previous name has been deleted, so I am re-entering under the new name. This gym is ESSENTIAL and very clean. Each HIIT workout is different, challenging, and makes efficient use of 30 minutes. All coaches are great motivators and highly knowledgeable, experienced trainers. They keep a close eye to make sure you are doing exercises correctly, to avoid injury. In case you do have injury acquired from everyday life, they offer alternate exercises and suggest ways to help heal faster. Highly recommend!
Fantastic experience: I love the variety in the workouts, that they are only 30 min, and that they have plenty of options throughout the day. In addition, Jason and Mike are super nice and encouraging.
Fantastic experience: Hoops Bootcamp is awesome! The workouts are challenging and tough, but they fly by. I love the smaller class sizes and flexible class times. The instructors keep the workouts interesting and do a great job of motivating the group through the workouts.
Fantastic experience: Hoops is exactly what I needed in my life - a challenging and efficient workout with a wide range of class times to fit any schedule. I leave satisfied every day, knowing that I’ve gotten a good workout. The instructors are friendly and encouraging to people at all fitness levels, and help me to hold myself accountable. I like the small class environment, because I feel like part of a community.
Fantastic experience: After a long break with no exercise..Went to Folsom Fit Body Camp. Wow..I never thought i would be able to cop-up with a group(which were already fit looking) but the instructor made it so simple. Within two weeks i saw the results and now more than a month into it, i can keep going through the 30 mins class without much hassle. Good that i tried before signing up for a gym!! PS: I usually dont post reviews but FFBBC deserves one!
Fantastic experience: Jason Hoop, the owner, has created a fun, challenging workout environment for any level, to people who never worked out, to people who workout all the time. Great place, great prices and great trainers.
Fantastic experience: Best boot camp in folsom. Daily 30 minutes HIIT exercises are challenging. These classes are not like gym instead uses body weight with other fitness instruments. Love working out here. Like I say its addictive classes. Big shout for Jason & Von.
Fantastic experience: I worked out here for five weeks. It has become such an addicting experience. There is ALWAYS challenge. If you push yourself, you will definitely see results, but trust me, you will have no choice but to push yourself. 30 minutes of intensive workout with a very dedicated couch/trainer and hungry-for-fitness group. I love it. I recommend it to anyone.
