Fantastic experience: I have never felt so heard and seen by a business before. Taylor and Doug constantly check in and make each person feel like their priority. All the trainers are helpful, professional and fun which makes you feel like family. Their one of a kind HIIT workouts are never repeated and only about 35min. The clock is ongoing so I can just walk in and get a great workout even with my hectic ever changing schedule.

Fantastic experience: Great workouts that keep things interesting, Doug and Taylor (owners) are great, and I love the flexibility of being able to show up anytime during open hours to be able to get an excellent workout without having to plan it all out myself!

Fantastic experience: My middle school aged children don’t care much or do any fitness exercising. They tried HIIT and now love coming here three times a week! Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend HIIT Quarters in Rochester.

Fantastic experience: If you want to get fit and healthy, Hiit Quarters is the place to be! I had a personal health consultation with Doug in order to improve my diet and rid myself from auto immune deficiencies. He took his time and went through all of the information thoroughly, equipping me with tools so that I could be successful on my journey. You definitely need to inquire about a consultation with Doug who will give you all of the information that you will need to know in order to be successful in your health journey as well.

Fantastic experience: As a busy full time working mom I have consistently struggled to find an efficient workout on my schedule until now! Running late - no big deal! Short on time? It’s only 30 mins! Plateau? Nope! Different every day. But best part? It’s like a family - Doug and Taylor are the best ❤️

Fantastic experience: If you have the opportunity to take part in the six week challenge, I highly recommend it! I was so happy with my results and I feel amazing. Fantastic experience: Hiit quarters works great with my busy work schedule, I can walk in anytime and start the circuit. The workouts change daily and in only 35-40 minutes you can burn 400-500 calories.

Fantastic experience: I am so thankful for the HIIT Quarters Crew. The trainers are always welcoming and encouraging. The 30-minute, flexible start times are exactly what this working mom needs! The nutrition program is on point, and I am feeling so good inside and out! In just 6 weeks, I've lost 8 pounds and I've gained 3 pounds of muscle! I'm so thankful and appreciative of HIIT! Fantastic experience: HIIT HQ has made a tremendous impact in my life. With the nutritional guidance and 30 minute workouts I was able to drop 17 pounds/10% body fat within the 6 week program. The flexibility and shorter workouts make it easy to fit into a busy schedule. The staff is incredibly helpful, friendly, encouraging, and welcoming. Couldn’t recommend HIIT HQ enough!

Fantastic experience: HQ is my happy place. Infinitely varied workouts that never fail to challenge and sculpt every muscle are just the start. Add to that nutrition advice, more personalized sessions available, drop in circuits with trainers always available and a family run business with a friendly vibe and you have the best little gym in Michigan!

Fantastic experience: As a perpetual gym hopper, HIIT Quarters has kept me coming back for 7 years. Yup 7 YEARS! I love that every workout is different, its challenging and also humbling in the best way possible but what I truly love the most is the community. Doug, Taylor, Amanda and Nate have done an amazing job of making you feel like you belong and you are not just a member but apart of the family. They care about my physical wellbeing as well as my mental wellbeing. Its not just a workout you get when you go to HQ- its an overall amazing experience and environment. HQ is definitely my home away from home! I could not ask for better trainers who listen to my (many) complaints, push me beyond any limit I thought possible and just encourage me everyday to be my best! If you haven't stopped in for your first free workout, what are you waiting for? The best in the business are waiting to help you just like they have helped me :)

Fantastic experience: Having been a member of multiple locally-owned and national chain gyms, HIIT Quarters is by far the best gym / fitness membership I've ever had. Every workout is unique and never becomes boring or repetitive - and the workouts are challenging! The flexibility in timing is also helpful as classes are not scheduled and members can walk in at a time that is convenient for them. The trainers are always focused on the members and truly care about your health and well-being. Doug, Taylor, Amanda, and Nate are the best in the business. Highly recommend to anyone looking for improve strength, flexibility, and overall health.

Fantastic experience: Going to HIIT Quarters has been such an amazing and positive experience for me! I really enjoyed doing the 6-week program and learning more about what I put in my body and speaking with Doug about nutrition. I really love the semi-private personal training sessions on Mondays and Wednesdays. I get THE BEST workout I've ever had and I love getting stronger! Taylor, Nate and Amanda are wonderful trainers and I will be purchasing more sessions!

Fantastic experience: I left my big box gym and joined HQ at the start of the year. I found the workouts fun and engaging and after 4 months, my workouts were getting a lot better. HQ does a great job of tailoring unique workouts that are easy to follow. But I was still spending 23 hours per day outside the gym, eating poorly and in bad habits. I signed up for a 6 week nutrition program. I asked Doug to apply their exercise strategy to my food - just tell me what to eat and I'll eat it. My only parameter was that I wanted the approach to be something I could sustain permanently. In 6 weeks working with Doug, I lost 20lbs and I lost another 10 in the 6 weeks following, proving its sustainability. My workouts got incrementally better over the course of this period as well. If you're not in the top 1% of inherently self motivated people, HQ is an essential gym. Everyone there is present to put in work, and the familiar faces provide a natural sense of low-pressure accountability throughout the atmosphere. Then, working with the owners and/or trainers on a personal level provides the opportunity to choose your own experience depending on your goals. I can't really say enough good things about HIIT Quarters.

Fantastic experience: I have been strength training for nearly ten years now, and finding HIIT Quarters has been a pivotal moment for me. After doing the 6-week program I dropped my big box gym membership and committed myself to HIIT Quarters full time. The exercises are thoughtful and effective. They are different every time so you never get bored. The best part for me personally is the mental load it takes off of me. I no longer have to think about what I'm going to do in the gym or wonder if the equipment I need is going to be available. All I have to do is show up and do the work. Not to mention the owners, trainers and other members are extremely friendly and welcoming. It's a great community and I highly recommend it to anyone!

Fantastic experience: HQ is a gym that gives a new challenge every time! From the drop in circuits, nutrition consulting and the training classes, HQ has a lot to offer for all of their clients.
