Fantastic experience: I have been taking Shannon Dechaine's online classes and recently had the chance to attend one in person. It was a great experience and I felt like I pushed myself further than ever before. Shannon is an amazing coach and a wonderful person. She has created a warm and supportive environment for her students to thrive in. You will gain more than just physical strength and fitness when you train with her!
