Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough. I love this place. This is what a CrossFit box is supposed to be. They have tons of space, the right amount of equipment for class size. Good coaching! Fun members, all around great CrossFit experience. If you’ve ever wanted to check CrossFit out, you really need to check this place out. It does not matter what shape you are in. They’ll show you the ropes and help you get ramped up safely. A good box cares more about your form and safety than getting you ready for “the games”. Give them a call.
