I've been a member of this gym for over four years and it's one of the best decisions I've ever made. I'm stronger than ever and I've met some amazing people who inspire me and make me laugh. The coaches here put a lot of time and effort into making this a gym you want to work out at!

I've been working out at this gym for more than three years now, and I really enjoy it. The workouts are always challenging, but they can be modified to accommodate any fitness level. The coaches are great at helping you out and making sure you're doing all the exercises correctly. It's a very inclusive community; everyone here--from the members to the coaches to the owners--is very friendly.

I'm so grateful that Homegrown has such professional instructors who can push you further than you thought you could go and still help guide you in keeping your body safe in all of your mechanics. I'm a total Crossfit beginner and I find myself daydreaming about what the next WOD will be.
