Fantastic experience: Took my first yoga class here, Megan ( the instructor) was amazing took time teaching me each move, worked at my pace! but encouraged me to push further. she has fun classes that all people would enjoy. she took the time to check all my medical restriction's to ensure we did proper move's, also unknown yogi offer's a restorative yogi.AMAZING!!! iv'e never felt so relaxed.i will defiantly be back and encourage others to go.
