CrossFit^® Fox Valley

Fantastic experience: CrossFit Fox Valley is my home away from home. I’ve been to many gyms and nothing will ever beat this place. The coaches, staff, Brandon the owner, the members…we are a family. A community. On days when I’m struggling through a workout, I get nothing but encouragement and that extra push I need to keep going. And the coaches KNOW THEIR SH*T! Always patient and ready to help, yet not in your face constantly like some other gyms I’ve tried. I’ve been with this gym for 8 years and have never even considered looking elsewhere since the day I walked in. Seriously you have to check it out! You will be warmly welcomed and if you’re nervous about trying CrossFit, rest assured you will have an army of people ready to cheer you on and watch you grow.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to many gyms in the area but CF always intimidated the hell outta me. As soon as I stepped in the doors I knew I was home here. Everyone made me feel welcome, from the other members to the knowledgeable coaches. Everyone is in your corner rooting you on every step of the way.

Fantastic experience: Great facility and fantastic group of people! I am pretty new to CrossFit & it's been a while since I've worked out at all. The coaches & even the other members of the gym were incredibly helpful & happy to help show me the ropes while I was getting into it. My wife has since joined, and has had exactly the same experience!

Fantastic experience: I was in Appleton for a few days for work and after a quick Google search, I decided to drop in at Crossfit Fox Valley. This gym was awesome! Great workouts, super friendly staff and the members were just so nice and accommodating. I 100% recommend this gym and I'm so glad I got to workout here!

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing! Whether you are a die-hard fitness freak or a once a month fitness freak, this place is always welcoming. They don't care if you can lift 5 lbs or 500 lbs. They care about having a community that is welcoming and motivates you to be better. They encourage you during the workouts, help you understand the forms and best way to do the workouts, and always have options to fit your ability level so that you leave exhausted. I highly recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: Family like atmosphere.for working out. The workouts are hard, but coaches will help you scale as needed. Always feel I am motivated through out the workout even if I'm having a bad day due to the community presence. Truly glad I'm a part of this gym family.

Fantastic experience: The community is great! Everyone is encouraging and supportive. Doesn't matter your fitness level there is a modified version you can do. I am not what you would call a "crossfiter" but with modifications I get it done. Come in, try the foundations course, try a few classes. You will love it!
