Fantastic experience: Great place to workout. Erin, the owner, trains me in private sessions that are appropriate for my age and “conditions”. A very enjoyable and fun person. The classes are well attended with great instructors. I look forward to my twice weekly workouts.

Fantastic experience: I have really enjoyed my experience here at CrossFit Valley Center! Everyone is so welcoming and encouraging which has helped me feel more comfortable working out! All the coaches are very helpful and supportive.I encourage anyone who is thinking about trying CrossFit to give this one a try!!

Fantastic experience: This is a full service gym. They have a ton of classes available, open gym times, personal training, nutrition counseling and are all around a really good group of people. I highly recommend to all my family and friends.

Fantastic experience: Wasn't sure what to expect since I have never done CrossFit. I've been going now for 3 months and I'm hooked! I love it! The coaches are great, they teach proper form to avoid injury and are very encouraging. The gym and equipment is kept clean. I look forward to going every day as I'm feeling stronger and seeing results and it's just so fun!
