Fantastic experience: UR Fit Solutions is the happy result of years of the Strong Sisterz ‘ (owners) teaching us in classes in various local (some of them national) gyms. They are super dedicated to our results, and have created a model during the pandemic that works for all ages, fitness levels and social distancing choices. You can take classes online, in person or a combo. I have been working out with them for over 2 years-have dropped 10 pounds, danced like crazy (zumba too) and feel like they are family. And shhhh but I am way past 60 years old, so you can do this!

Fantastic experience: I am super happy that I met Strong SisterZ during the Covid 19. They always provide their best for their students. I have lost weight and became so much stronger via their online classes in just couple months. Their energy is so adictive and the price r very very very reasonable too! No need to drive. No traffic. I believe they also provide free trial class. Now, what‘s ur excuses??

They are funny, and sometimes even silly, but are very serious about providing the right classes to make it fun for all.

Fantastic experience: STRONG SisterZ are the best, they have great music and are professional. I was lucky to be in the class by the zoom meeting during COVID time. They are an amazing sweet team, they encourage you and motivate you in any way. I enjoyed so much while I was at class EVERY SINGLE TIME, I feel mentally and physically satisfied after the class. Cute ,funny and silly! They are not just that, they also have different level instruction while they are doing the class, so you can choose your level while you workout. I highly recommend you try their class. They have very affordable price and free trial.

Fantastic experience: If you’re looking for a great fitness class and studio, look no further! Briana and cj are the bestest! They’re so much fun and really push you to do your best ! They get loud and crazy but that what I love most about them! My husband has even taken their strong classes with me and he always goes home in good pain lol They’re genuine people who really care about the people in their classes. All the other instructors they bring into the studio are amazing too! You have to check this place out !

Fantastic experience: This place is brand new. They offer a variety of classes. Strong sisters are full of energy and will get you back on the fitness track. I like the fact that they bring guest instructors often. They also offer yoga. Give it a try, you will enjoy it

Fantastic experience: I love this dance and fitness studio! They offer a variety of class types and all the teachers are great! They truly make working out fun. Every time I take a Strong class I am sore for days. The classes work with different fitness levels too because the teachers are very good about showing modifications. The studio is clean and bright and has a great sound system. I really appreciate too that they offer the classes live on Zoom also and you can also take classes from their content library whenever you feel like it.
