Fantastic experience: I love the level of knowledge and professionalism at Golden Phoenix CrossFit. The coaches are always making sure we are clean with our movements to avoid injury which gives me the confidence to push myself. The owner and coaches are always there to motivate and assist in any way possible to help us reach our goals. They take the time to have a personal interest in each and every member. It has been a rough past year for me personally, but they have continued to encourage me to keep going. I couldn’t imagine doing CrossFit anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been really impressed with the level of programming and quality of coaches that phoenix offers. I’ve been doing crossfit for about 10 years or so and this programming is right up there with the best I’ve had. There is a focus on all aspects. Small muscles, big muscles, mobility and overall strength. Definitely come by if you are in the area and see for yourself!

Fantastic experience: Coming out of CrossFit retirement after more than 7 years, I really found a home at Golden Phoenix. Jacqueline has done a really amazing job at cultivating that family/home away from home feeling at her gym. The people are awesome and so welcoming, and every level of fitness is represented. No one will ever feel out of place here! The facility is large and well-equipped. Coming from smaller NYC boxes, it’s so nice to have this much space! Being able to pop outside and safely run your laps is also a great bonus. All-in-all, Golden Phoenix is an amazing option for anyone considering CF or wanting to get back into it like I was. From the owner, to the staff and members, you’re bound to find a new family here. If you’re considering it, just do it already! You won’t regret it!

Fantastic experience: This place has honestly changed my life. I was always a little hesitant about CrossFit because I have never done it before but Golden Phoenix makes you feel so incredibly comfortable and works with you at a level and pace that is best for you and your body. I have become stronger, healthier and enjoy going to workout. The coaches and people make this such a fun place and it truly has the “CrossFit Family vibes” I have always heard about. I have made so many new friends and Jacqueline the owner is wonderful! I was welcomed with open arms when I started a few months ago. The people and coaches are truly amazing and so inspiring. They make working out fun which is not an easy thing to do. The workouts change daily and are challenging but in a good way! I am a retired college athlete in my 30’s so this is my new adult age competition and I have fallen in love with it! There are people there of all age ranges. It really is a safe place and I am so happy I finally decided to try it out!!!!
