Fantastic experience: The staff are world class in all ways personal and professional. The facility is top tier also! They have something for every single person who walk through the door. BJJ, Muay Thai, CrossFit, weights, sauna… list goes on. When your done with your workout stop by FamFit for your amazing post workout nutrition. Hurt? They even have a physical therapist. Never seen or been part of a facility like this before. I’m glad I get to call this place home and honored to train here. Mike and Mindy make all feel welcome!

Fantastic experience: One of the best facilities I have seen in a long time, the amenities are second to none, if your enthusiastic about fitness and wellness they literally have everything you need under one roof! I have been doing circuit training for about 8 years and my drop in class there was one of the most informative and challenging classes I have experienced in a long time. The coaches were encouraging and paid special attention to everyone in class. The Owners Mike & Mindy were extremely nice and their positive energy is well represented within the gym! I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the area looking for a home gym or if your just visiting from out of town for a drop in, trust me you will not be disappointed.
