Fantastic experience: Great family-run business with committed, experienced, caring pros!

Fantastic experience: I was afraid to try Crossfit for fear of getting hurt but I'm so glad that I gave it a try. The coaches at TreeHouse focus on form and safety first and foremost. I also found it really hard to go to a gym and just work out on my own. The coaching at Crossfit Treehouse has really helped to guide me and push me to my limits. And the "team" and "community" that you get at Treehouse is unbeatable! Give Treehouse a try....it will be the best decision you have made in a long time (or maybe ever) in regards to health and fitness!

Fantastic experience: These guys are amazing! Their passion for fitness and community are one step beyond anyone else I have seen. They are easy to approach but also make sure you meet whatever goals you set when you step into their box. Always a good time at the Treehouse!

Fantastic experience: VERY SPACIOUS and CLEAN facility! The staff cares for each athlete individually and scales all the exercises to their needs. There's always something happening whether it's raising funds for a good cause or just getting together for a good time after a WOD. Very family oriented and I highly recommend you come and check them out.

Fantastic experience: What an Awesome box and owners!! Closest to the Newark Airport!! I dropped in for 3 days in a row and couldn't believe the cleanliness and equipment. All Rogue! Fantastic experience: I knew Kristin and Donald prior to my CrossFit experience. They were very passionate and energetic concerning CrossFit, but never pushy about it. I hadn't worked out in years, due to an injury, but I was curious. They gave me a private session and I decided that I wanted to take part in the grand opening "throw down" for the CrossFit Treehouse. Since then, I have been absolutely hooked. Jason, Kristin, and Donald promote a positive, caring, and friendly atmosphere. They truly "coach" you to push yourself, but only in the safest of ways. I haven't even been a member for 2 months yet, but my fitness level is reaching heights that I haven't seen in years. I'm extremely grateful for CrossFit Treehouse, Jason, Kristin, and Donald. The highest compliment that I can give the owners/trainers of CrossFit Treehouse is that I absolutely trust them to coach me in proper form, technique, and attitude. Fantastic experience: I joined CrossFit TreeHouse about a month ago and I am hooked! I’m a newbie to CrossFit and was intimidated at first (given I hadn’t set foot in a gym in 2 years)… But the CFTH community immediately made me feel welcome and motivated. If you are already in shape and looking for something new, fun, and challenging or if you want to get in shape and meet some amazing people doing it, this is NO DOUBT the place to go to.

Fantastic experience: I will keep it pretty much to the point. Great facility. They have all the proper equipment & didn't cut corners. The coaching was really solid. Great explanations & scaling options for the different levels of members. I went with a friend of mine who has only been training Crossfit for 3 months & he had as much fun a workout as l did. Great members! They were all friendly & weren't standoffish in the least. To me that's the mark of a quality coaching staff who promotes COMMUNITY. Great job you guys! l will come back the next time I'm in town.

Fantastic experience: I always had a problem with working out alone but at Crossfit Treehouse, I don't have that problem anymore. All the athletes push each other and cheer each other on. I love the atmosphere at the Treehouse and everyone is extremely nice but that mostly comes from the type of attitudes the coaches have and they are all amazing. I love to work out in a team every day and I love the competition because it is motivating to me. All the equipment is brand new and all the smiles are real. After all, it is a Treehouse, Crossfit Treehouse #CFTH

Fantastic experience: Out of many CrossFit gyms , this one by far is my favorite ! There is a sense of family, community , diversity , and care at CrossFit Treehouse. I love the atmosphere and the workouts will have you questioning why it took so long to join ! The coaches are very knowledgeable, polite , and willing to put in the time and energy needed in order for you to feel confident and like a true elite athlete. The price is reasonable and affordable! Try it out !

Fantastic experience: CrossFit Treehouse is an all around amazing place to be!! I joined this tribe after 5 years of crossfitting at another gym and they have welcomed me with OPEN ARMS since my first day!! I would recommend this place to anyone! They have open gym 24/7 included in your monthly membership, the coaches and members treat you like family and it is by far the best hour of my day- even at 5am!! Thank you CrossFit Treehouse for being so fantastic and therapeutic! :)

Fantastic experience: I am new to the area and dropped into a class, and was immediately welcomed by the coach and various members. The workout was challenging (in a good way!), and it was extremely motivating to see how hard everyone else was working. I've been to a dozen or so boxes in different parts of the country, and Treehouse is up there with the best I've ever been to. Great community, great facility, great coaches. Can't ask for much more.

ALL of the coaches are super helpful and encouraging, will stay after class to help you work on your technique, and the people here are just amazing. Fantastic experience: Amazing gym, coaches, environment and clean up to date equipment!

Fantastic experience: I dropped into an open gym slot today as I was looking for a rower machine for a workout. Coach Enzo was a great help, he showed me around the facility and checked in regularly to make sure I was holding up okay. Thankfully it was a light workout day as I’m still recovering after a race this past weekend. The space is really nice: well-organized, clean, with an outdoors area, and with a lot of the equipment you’d expect to find at a CrossFit gym. Even as covid seems to be getting better now, they have wipes for me to clean the equipment I used. Parking was easy though I also arrived at a quiet time. Would drop by again, thanks guys!

Fantastic experience: Currently high from this mornings class... Thank you Enzo (one of the twins), he was very helpful to me and everyone else in class. He talks clear, direct, explains the movement options for different skill level and shared useful tips to progress toward next progression - I really appreciate his attention and focus. And, he plays great music during wod. Box is very spacious, clean, alot of equipment and its properly planned out to have certain area for equipment.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality Very welcoming coach and community. Really nice well organized box with great equipment and bathrooms. Coach gave great tips to improve movement quality. Core finisher was really tough!

Fantastic experience: Been going for about a month now.. Price's are on point with most other CF gyms the coaches are great Christina and Angelo who I see most they are friendly and always help you with form and questions you may have. Everyone at this gym makes it a great community, I definitely have been converted from a commercial gym to a CrossFit athlete..

Fantastic experience: I did a drop in while on a business trip. The coaches were friendly, knowledgeable, and had great energy. The thing I was most impressed with was how clean and well organized the equipment was.

Fantastic experience: So I started CrossFit 6 months ago at 237 lbs and a size 36-38 waist (depending on brand of pants). Since training with Jason and the awesome staff at Treehouse, I've dropped over 40lbs and recently just picked up my first pair of size 32 jeans since high school! I am obviously very happy to be able to reap the rewards of my hard work; however my journey isn't just about weight loss. Its also about meeting new and awesome life long friends, and also discovering a new passion in both exercise and nutrition. I would not have unlocked all this potential without the Treehouse community. So if you are on the fence about joining a new gym, looking to meet new people and also get into the best shape of your life, I would strongly suggest coming down to Treehouse and seeing what we're all about!
