Fantastic experience: The instructors are extremely motivating and the classes are exactly what I need to challenge me beyond my comfort zones. Lavendar towels after workouts are extremely soothing. Body Alive offers some of the best classes in our city.

Fantastic experience: So glad I went out on a whim and started going to classes here. I am not a huge fitness person but they had a great promotion and I did it as a trial run-ended up doing an unlimited membership after. Great atmosphere with all the instructors, totally go-at-your-own-pace while still being encouraged to challenge yourself and step outside of your comfort zone. Hot power yoga is my favorite way to spend the day! Clean environment, easy to sign up for classes that accommodate all kinds of schedules. Such a huge fan of BA and the way it makes me feel!
