One-on-one and small group instruction and nutrition services are available. Bootcamps, Yoga, Boxing, Kids Classes, and group exercise can be done both inside a gym and outside in a park.

Fantastic experience: The trainers and community at OTB are diverse, knowledgeable, welcoming, and hilarious. They quickly become your support system and good friends--this, coupled with their great classes and personal training, has helped me get into the best shape of my life! Feeling strong and sweating it out with some pals is SO FUN!

Fantastic experience: OTB gym is great! Been working with Ryan for a couple years. Can’t go wrong with any of the trainers. Be afraid if the whiteboard says “gone legs.” Family / supportive environment.

Fantastic experience: By far the best gym in the city! Brandan has been a good friend on mine for years now and I started training with him earlier this year, he is professional, honest and holds you accountable. Classes are awesome as well by Brandan and Steve! If you want to train hard - come check out OUT THE BOX!

Fantastic experience: My trainer, Ryan is amazing! I love his enthusiasm and motivation. I'm 52 and have never felt so excited about working out. I started out with one day a week and now I'm up to 3. He inspires me to work hard and have fun.

Fantastic experience: I have been working with Steve for over a year now and I am thankful I was paired with him when I signed up for personal training. Steve helps me train and push myself in ways I never would without him around. Since training with him I have begun feeling great from a cardio standpoint and I can tell he is helping me get stronger. I recently had my first "breakthrough" where I can feel and see my body composition changing. It is such a great feeling and has motivated me to focus on my training with him but also really starting to recognize my dietary needs and to keep making progress. Training at Out The Box is unique from many other gyms or personal training I have been around. Everyone that takes classes or trains with Steve makes you feel like WE are all on the same team working towards our goals. I am watching him create a holistic training environment where strength, fitness, nutrition, recovery, and overall health resources are available when working with Steve. I cannot stress enough how much this has and will continue to change my life in a positive way. I highly recommend giving him a call and changing your life for the better!
