We offer training programs for people of all ages and skill levels, from ages 8 to 100. We believe that it's important to address any weaknesses or imbalances before trying to get stronger, in order to develop proper movement patterns and avoid injury.
The TBF class is designed as a strength and conditioning class that will have different phases throughout the year. The goal is to help people get stronger and leaner without causing overuse injuries. Each phase will last 4-6 weeks and will focus on a different part of the body's fitness. The workouts for each week will be posted on the blog.
We train our athletes as if they were in a team strength and conditioning program, which means we can train them year-round for their sport by putting their routines into phases based on when they compete. This way, they can make progress all year without risk of injury or burnout.
This circuit will get your heart rate up and also push your muscles to get stronger. The “A circuit” is a great squat day accessory, the B circuit would be good on a bench or clean day, and the last one is pretty universal. I put them all three together for one workout.
The project we are working on is ourselves. We are all evolving in our own fitness journey, or life in general, and as such there is always something to improve. We are our own project.

Fantastic experience: Great, helpful and knowledgeable staff- they know their stuff! Very different than your regular gym. It's the best place to train in Greenville hands down! Not an intimidating gym either. All levels are welcome, they have group classes and one-on-one training. They are accommodating to any type of training and fitness.
Fantastic experience: Great space with various equipment to get in a challenging workout. Owners/trainers Pete and Chelsi are friendly, motivating, and encouraging. I have done personal training with Chelsi and have taken Pete's Weightlifting 101 class. Pete and Chelsi are instructional and emphasize form and proper movement to help you improve and avoid injury. Tastey healthy meals are available on-site for purchase if you need a quick mea. Highly recommend.
Fantastic experience: Wonderful workout environment. UPP is a fantastic gym with trainers that take the time to get to know their clients. If you're tired of working out the same muscle groups, the same way, every day then UPP is what you've been looking for. And if that isn't enough stop by and say hi to Sadie (dog), she's always up to make new friends.

Fantastic experience: This is the by far the best gym I have ever joined. It has all the amenities that I need for a great workout, plus an excellent management team and staff that is accessible, knowledgable and friendly. I joined in October of 2016. In the short time, I've gotten into the best shape of my life. The best part is that this gym has the personal interactions like CrossFit or OrangeTheory that keep you going, but it feels like you're a member of a community rather than a cult.

Pete and Chelsi are available to coach and lead you toward your fitness and performance goals! Fitness and yoga classes are available. They also offer personal training for individuals and teams.

Fantastic experience: Great Experience Downtown. The trainers are excellent and always willing to help with technique. The gym has everything needed for a full body workout without the clutter of a bunch of machines. The atmosphere is friendly and non judgmental with a range of skill levels working together and around each other. The workouts have been challenging and can be modified for weaknesses or injuries.
