Fantastic experience: This place is older but really nice. A lot of history here in sure. Came here for packet pick up. Doing Christmas town 5K. Very excited. My first year. Really nice people too.

Fantastic experience: This is a convenient location. Parking for disabled is not safe. Wish adults would watch their kids and hold their little hands when standing at road. Little kids are unpredictable. I cannot count the times I have avoided children and adults who do not understand crosswalks. So much money has been spent adding crosswalks. Let's use them? I do not appreciate the condescending response. Handicap parking spaces are important. Not sure why disabled aren't expected to use the Pharr Family YMCA? I just need the width to get car door open to get legs out without injury. I can walk. I am not wanting to watch games. Assumptions and judgements about how a disabled person looks, their measure of ability, and lack of safe parking for a disabled driver speaks loudly with regards to accessibility to get into a gym. Afterall, the voting poll was moved twice. I know it was moved from both former locations, your building and the elementary school, because neither building meets ADA Standards for Accessible Design..

Fantastic experience: Friendly focused fitness and fun for the entire family. Plus, extensive care is given to cleanliness and personal responsibility in this challenging era.

Fantastic experience: ...been a member for many, many years. Always a good crowd of people. Clean, kid friendly and the equipment is taken care of. This is a small facility with minimal extra's - but, really has everything you could want.

Fantastic experience: The Sports program at the Pharr Y is very organized and efficient! Michael Stout does an amazing job with the program and in keeping parents up to date on information! The referees are really nice too and Michael and Ty Mosk are outstanding coaches! I would recommend the Pharr Y to everyone for Sports and Gymnastics/Dance!

Positive experience: Great place to workout without the crowd, although the free weight area is smaller than I would like. Rentals upstairs in the ballroom are available for a good price. Classes are offered, schedule sometimes changes. Full court basketball court. Pool on the outside was decommissioned years ago, wish they would bring it back. Used to be a community center for McAdenville so there may be differences from a typical YMCA.

Positive experience: Not organized I do believe if you let the kids play ball on court during gymnastics my 5 year old should be able to kick the ball back n forth with me. Instead he gets ran over big teens that doesn't even have memberships and disrespect the ymca workers and the members. If something would address and take care of it of it and make it right id say five
