Fantastic experience: Jumal is former NFL player. He doesn’t only train kids he trains adults . I use to sit there and see him training and think I could never workout like they do. Well ... he proved me wrong . He works with all fitness level and will get you to where you want to be . I have been training with him for several months now. He is honest , motivating ,will push you until you have nothing left in you ,and truly a caring person. When they say it’s like family in here it truly is .

Fantastic experience: BEST TRAINERS!! I’ve been training with Jumal for a year, and have seen all the results I’ve been needing to accomplish. He also trains my son in football and we have been so happy to see the results that we have been expecting from him!
