Fantastic experience: I have been training at Live Fit for awhile now and it has changed my life. I have tried working out on my own and I did not see results because I have no idea what I am doing. My trainer at Live Fit tailors everything to me, my strengths and my goals. I know every time I work out I am moving forward towards my goals. Also, its fun! The entire staff (and other clients!) create a supportive almost family like atmosphere that you are not going to find anywhere else. Definitely stop by and see if its a fit for you. I bet that it is.
