Fantastic experience: This is the best gym I've ever been a part of. The owners are so involved and friendly. They make you feel like part of a family. Always clean and not super busy so there is always enough equipment. The employees are always willing to answer questions and help with anything.

Fantastic experience: I love working out here! I have been a member at the Elk River one since April. The owner Luke noticed I was new right away and even knew my name! I was very impressed. Liked the lay out of the facility. Was open and clean. Felt like I could come in and do my thing! Have loved going to the location ever since!

Fantastic experience: I've been going to this gym for a couple years now and I love it. There are plenty of machines, free-weights, treadmills, etc. which gives you a lot of options when working out. The owner is also very friendly and is always willing to help you out if you need it. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone living in the Elk River area.
