Fantastic experience: Love it here. Staff are amazing at keeping the place immaculate. Clientele are amazing too. No juice head guys or adult, dressed people. Very few circuit trainers. Clear rules. Broken equipment doesn't stay that way for long.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to alot of gym's Anytime fitness Snap fitness, Planet fitness And Lifetime the elite of the elite I know this for a fact that 3 rivers fitness is the best Gym small gym owned in elk river/Otsego/Rogers area For a Fact a regular who used to go to an AF regularly in town and would absolutely drop them for 3 rivers all day because I’ve met the owners multiple times nick is a phenomenal guy is cleaning business is still killing it I can tell you 3 Rivers has better equipment a Phenomenal atmosphere That is Amazing no matter if it’s at 3am alone by yourself or at 6am in the morning and you don’t know how to buy a t shirt and do math lol but thankful to the PT (Idk her name she helped me with paying for my shirt ) I think if anyone should get started with a gym 3 rivers is it why because it’s a reasonable priced gym with amazing features and amazing staff when they are in all around over all the best small gym With Powerlifting weights, amazing leg press machine and Even sometimes amazing math assistants who are Personal trainers 5/5 ⭐️

Fantastic experience: Love being able to have access to a gym at any time day or night especially if I get restless and need to workout to relieve energy. The staff there are really good and are very helpful. It's one of the only few gyms that have Body Combat which is a great cardio class as well.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member at Three Rivers Fitness since 2018. The trainers are phenomenal, to the owners Rachel & Nick that are both always present in the gym as well. I don't have a bad thing to say about this facility. Walk in, & I promise you won't step foot in another gym.

Fantastic experience: Three Rivers is an excellent mid-size gym. The staff are friendly and helpful while the facilities are clean and comfortable. A range of interesting and varied classes are offered that fit different schedules, which I love!

Fantastic experience: I really enjoy working out here. Very clean, staff is terrific, great air circulation (especially important with Covid), and the equipment is well maintained. I especially like the convenience of being close to home. Particularly nice are the Challenges which keep me motivated. If you workout at least 12 times a month you are entered into a drawing for a $50 gift card, and there’s another drawing for walking 50 miles in a month. I didn’t think it would motivate me, but discovered that I was inspired and challenged to hit my numbers. Best of all, I’ve lost 12 pounds without dieting! Minor changes (replace dried fruit for chocolate, and eat healthy) combined with working out 4 days a week got me where I wanted to be. Fun, easy, effortless! Being over age 65, and dealing with arthritis, I started slowly. Three days a week for 45 minutes. Before I knew it, I was feeling so strong and my energy soared. My workout sessions got longer, and my clothes became loose. Who hoo!

Fantastic experience: Good place run by good people. Not a dungeon, not a tofu/soy place, but has something for everyone. Always clean and the new 24/7 format has worked great for my working hours. Changing rooms could be bigger, but again... clean and modern.

Fantastic experience: Great small town, privately owned fitness center! This place is the best in the area. They have a large cardio area, free weights, squat racks, plyometric/calisthenics area, plenty of cable and weighted machines, a classroom for guided workouts, trainers, locker rooms with showers , and more! Recently, they just switched to being open 24 hours/day with app access and they also have the front desk staffed for several hours daily. The people are nice, it's never too crowded, and I have not had any issues with anyone else working out at the facility. Highly recommend this gym if you're within driving distance!

Positive experience: I really hope the owner considers expanding this building or finding something bigger. This is the best gym in elk river because it is the cleanest and has modern/variety of equipment. However it’s really frustrating how congested it is, there is a “scarcity” if you will , for space. In the locker rooms you’re always excusing yourself through just to move through it, there’s also no privacy in there to change since it’s so small. Often times when working out people will shimmy in your way just so they can have space. It’s very distracting when you are trying to get your grind on. My feedback is please please please expand your space! Everything else is great, it just sucks when I’m excited to workout only to leave half satisfied because so many people are all over you when you’re trying to workout.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this gym for some time. The staff is amazing and friendly. The owners are approachable with any concerns. The gym is always clean and they have clean, top notch equipment. I love the variety of the classes as well as the instructors. They are very helpful in modifying poses or parts of the exercises if need be. It's just a fun, family , and friendly environment. I just can't say enough good things. It's just a "feel good" place to go to and work out.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming here since September of last year, mostly for the personal training/coaching with Kristine (who rocks!). Thanks to Kristine I'm now comfortable enough to go and use the machines on my own - something for attracting new members would be a couple of sessions (even small group) going over correct posture, settings, and use of the equipment. For people who go a lot you can forget how intimidating it is and not wanting to look stupid, or worse yet injure ourselves doing something incorrectly. And you may counter with, yes we do offer a walk-through your first time here - but people like me unaccustomed to gym equipment can't possibly remember everything. It's overwhelming. I see a lot of people on their phones, sometimes idling away at a machine which blocks it from actual use. That's not Three Rivers fault so I didn't dock them for that, but maybe it's time for a friendly reminder! Overall it's a great gym run by some responsive people with a friendly staff. Thanks Nick!

Fantastic experience: Rating 5 stars because the staff is very friendly and the gym is always clean. However, since the new year, the amount of members seems to have tripled. It is nearly impossible to use any equipment. The place is always crowded except on the weekends. Very happy to see that a local business is doing well, but it is just too crowded for an already small gym. I'll unfortunately have to find a new gym if it doesn't get any better. It's frustrating to have the motivation to workout but not have any equipment available.

Positive experience: Nice, clean, good equipment and fairly priced. If they could figure out a way to build in a sauna or steam room somewhere it would be a 5. Please please please do this! I'd totally pay more/month for that.

Fantastic experience: Great gym! Lots of great options at any experience level. Staff are helpful and polite. Everybody for the most part cleans up after themselves and is always courteous to others. I've been a member to Anytime Fitness, Lifetime and Snap in the past. When I switched to three rivers a year ago I was very pleased. Still am! The prices are unbeatable and the gym and equipment are of high quality.

Fantastic experience: I have been working out in gyms for much of my adult life. At 73 I can say that Three Rivers Fitness is most likely the best in multiple ways. First it is very comprehensive in the variety of equipment and space for virtually any exercise routine you might wish from cardio to power lifting. Secondly it is without doubt the cleanest gym I have seen. Equipment is cleaned regularly and I have never detected the odor that is typical of many gyms, especially those where heavy lifting is involved. All management and staff are consistently friendly and will respond to any concerns. Finally I would say that the clientele is courteous and approachable for those times when split routines are appropriate, sharing equipment when requested. Check it out!
