Fantastic experience: When I visit my family in Kettering, I enjoy continuing my exercise routine, which involves several weight lifting sessions per week; therefore, I must find a convenient and well-equipped gym. The Fairmont Kettering Rec gym works well for me in these cases. I spend $10 per visit, which isn't too expensive for me for an hour or two of high-quality resistance training. (They obviously have better rates for residents and members.) The space is well-lit, cleanly, not too busy, etc.

Fantastic experience: Been going here since I moved to Kettering about 6 months ago. Great gym with an awesome staff and a good selection of equipment. Never super busy or packed. People are good about following gym etiquette (cleaning their equipment, putting things back, making room for others). Prices are also very fair and you can get a bunch of different levels of membership. Highly recommend checking this place out if you’re around the area.

Fantastic experience: A treasure for the residents of Kettering! Use of the indoor track is FREE for Kettering residents and only $2 for non-residents. Perfect place to walk or run when the weather is foul! The gym is open with COVID-19 protocols in place. Check their website for rates.
