Fantastic experience: What an AWESOME workout!! It is so fun, and it felt awesome to be able to punch the heavy bags. There was never any contact, so I felt completely comfortable. You have your own space around your bag, and they even wrap your hands for you! The trainers are great!! They are very knowledgeable, and give you so much attention, you feel like you are getting a personal training session. I have gotten to know the owner, and he is a really great guy. Make sure you check this place out and bring all your friends!!!

Fantastic experience: This is a great workout and so much fun! They have a lot of classes to choose from, so you can make it work for your schedule. The instructors are all great and will go through everything with you before your first class (which is free!) so that you know what the basics are. Also, because everyone works on their own heavy bag, you can work at the pace that you're comfortable with. I would highly recommend checking out Title! It's well worth it!

Fantastic experience: BESTEST OF THE BEST OF PLACES EVER! I am just getting back at boxing and this place is helping me get back in shape. I get a little drained after a week at work and this is where I recharge myself. The training is great quality and gosh does it help boost your mental as well. I have taken most of my classes with Mel and I definitely recommend. 10 out of 10.

Fantastic experience: Best workout classes ever! Nick T is my favorite trainer, but they all do a great job of giving you a full body workout and make it fun in the process! Never went through a class without smiling and I've made new friends as well. Really supportive and encouraging environment. Title staff and members really become like a second family. Highly recommend giving it a try! You get 3 classes for free to start with equipment provided, no strings attached!

Fantastic experience: Workouts at Title are defined by an intensity that's hard to find anywhere else. It's a high energy, positive energy environment that I'd recommend to anyone willing to test their perceived limits. The staff and instructors are among the very best I've ever encountered in the fitness industry. The cost is probably higher than most would prefer but as is often the case in life, you get what you pay for.

Fantastic experience: Just left the Saturday Circuit training led by George this morning. The class was terrific!! George kept everyone involved, motivated, and accountable, which was something I needed and haven't seen in alot of the other group fitness classes I have tried elsewhere. Needless to say, I will be incorporating the circuit class into my health journey for now on. Thanks, guys and gals, for this amazing institution!

Fantastic experience: TOTALLY A GOOD PLACE. STAFF ARE AWESOME AND HELPFUL. IT TAKES A LOT TO CONVINCE ME ON THINGS BUT MARISA SOLD ME ON FIRST CONVERSATION WE HAD. SHE WASNT PUSHY OR TRYING TO SALE ANYTHING WAS UPFRONT AND HONEST. I GOT MY SON KYLAN HIS MEMBERSHIP AND KIM WAS AWESOME HELPING US SELECT THE RIGHT MEMBERSHIP PACKAGE. MY SON LOVES THE PLACE & THE STAFF. ONLY THING NEEDS CHANGED IS THE HOURS ON WEEKENDS. ESPECIALLY SATURDAY IT NEEDS TO BE OPEN LATE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TITLE BOXING GYM. 5 STARS ALL DAY.

Fantastic experience: This title is newer titles in the Dayton/Cincinnati area. Looks a lot more up to date inside then the ones you will find in cincy, instructors are friendly and will push you when you need a push. First shot is free so well worth trying.
