Fantastic experience: MVP Dance Fit is such an amazing and encouraging place to work out! I have met so many wonderful people here and love all the different group fitness classes they offer that you can't find anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: This is Your place, 5Stars! Visited small biz Sat, was only going to shop but got the nerve to peek into April's class. Wasn't going to dance (havn't for yrs). Music combined with the motivation STAR that is April had me breaking it down immediately! Met her by chance earlier in parking lot. She had me laughing, feeling supported like she's always known me. That's how they run things=Good Vibes! Was moved by every path i crossed & signed up immediately! Ive done gyms,athletic clubs,swim from Seattle to San Diego. Moved home & found my Tribe & something that actually works (swerks) for me. Thank you is such a small word, April! (& ty Valerie for bringing me). Looking forward to a famous Teri class & w every bright Light Instructor I met. MVP Is where its at!

Fantastic experience: I really love MVP! I've only been a member since February but I love the group classes, the diversity in workouts, the instructors are always friendly and welcoming, and I can already feel a difference in myself, my energy, and my self confidence. I am such a fan, and so impressed by MVP's quick response to quarantine and making virtual classes a reality. I still prefer to be in the studio, but I'm so grateful for the at home alternatives!

Fantastic experience: I've seen lots of results doing the different classes consistently and every class is a little different, also every week as well which I love because I never get board! I also love how encouraging the instructors are and they will you help you with anything!! I've never had more fun working out and getting into shape!

Fantastic experience: I gave MVP Dance Fit a "10" because all of the instructors are positive, encouraging and supportive! Can't do a move yet? They give you a modification until you work up to it. Really supportive, encouraging group of people workout there, too! We're still working out together via Zoom during quarantine! 5 months ago: Awesome, energetic workouts! Love it! I've been working out with MVP for 3 years. The people are friendly, accepting and supportive, and I'm stronger and healthier than ever! Thank you, MVP! Today, Emily's FLEXX class was phenomenal!! A great combination of strength training and some cardio to warm up and then STRETCHES! Long, deep, repeated STRETCHES!! Ahhh! Great start to the weekend! Thanks, Emily!

Fantastic experience: The instructors have super great, positive energy and the class really feels like it's all about having fun and moving your body! I don't feel bad or silly if I mess up half the moves. No one seems to judge and I feel like I accomplish a great workout when I'm there And it's cool that it's a local business

Fantastic experience: I have been with MVPDanceFit off and on since 17' and it has had consistent above average service from the front staff to the fitness trainers. I think I have met or at least had a class with each of them and they all uphold, value, and enjoy what they do. As a mom + at-home job the atmosphere and presence of strong women is important to me. But what Exceeding my exspectations was the quality of service/detail during this pandemic. We moved out of state right before it and I was struggling trying to find a place to for fitness. Preggo, a new resident, kid at home it was overwhelming. Yet, When they started to offer online Classes I felt relieved and instantly went back to my membership - ‍♀️ Virtually Couldn't ask for more!.

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a gym/workout place that empowers you from the moment you walk in the door, MVP Dance Fit is for you! From your first encounter you will feel welcomed, accepted and amazingly encouraged to "just do your best." There is no perfect way to workout, the fact that "you are taking a leap" to invest a little time in yourself, is exactly what the MVP Staff wants for you! They encourage you to do what you can, physical activity level wise, and are there to support you every step of the way! All types of women/people go to MVP- shape, age, coordination level, race/ethnicity, etc.-that's what's so cool about it- a variety of awesome people coming together for the same purpose: improved physical health; as well as mental and emotional health!! You get all the dimensions of wellness at MVP. And the greatest part is that not only are the staff amazing- the clients that attend MVP are too! You will always get a smile (or Five!) whether you're in a workout class, the training center, or just walking down the hall to the water fountain :) I could honestly go on & on about MVP, but that should give you a good idea for now. I've been a member of MVP since 2014- one of the best decisions I've made!

Fantastic experience: MVP is my place. I love it so much. It is a place where I feel safe, and am surrounded by people that love me. My instructors are so knowledgeable. We rally around each other and support each other. Never have I found a group that lifts each other up in the way my fitfam does!

Fantastic experience: I started going here January 1st and have been going twice a week ever since. I love it here. Swerk might be the most fun way to work out ever and especially Nikki is the greatest instructor. You never feel out of place or too fat or too uncoordinated. I have never used this word to describe anything, but it is empowering here and you feel amazing when you’re done. Try it out, seriously. They also hold special events here and I went to a sign painting thing that was SO FUN.

Fantastic experience: This is a fun and affordable place for group aerobics (Zumba, SWERK, etc) and weight training classes. Really friendly staff and instructors. All types body types attend classes, so I always feel comfortable and not judged in any way. Also they have great prices, and run frequent specials. One of the best values if you like Zumba type group classes. They have 2 studios, so they have lots of classes and various times.

Fantastic experience: LOVE the 5am Friday abs class & SWERK is a blast. It's just like Zumba but with more hip hop/twerk music

Fantastic experience: I love going to MVP! I was hesitant at first but have really enjoyed getting to know many of the ladies there. I also feel comfortable with the kids area and take my 2 year old with me sometimes. She really loves it!

Fantastic experience: MVP is the best gym I have ever been a part of. I haven't been back to my "box gym" since starting in October. The variety of classes they offer is great and I love that they have many time options as well. The instructors there are top notch and motivate everyone to do their best. People of all ages and fitness levels can feel comfortable walking through the doors and not being judged. I look forward to every single workout that I attend at MVP!

Just walking in the door and hearing the loud music is enough to truly lift your spirits. You will be hooked after one visit!

Fantastic experience: I had some very minor preventive maintenance work to do inside MVP during two simultaneous fitness classes -- the energy level inside that building was through the roof! I felt like I was getting a workout! The classes ended as I was walking out and I couldn't help but notice the ladies all seemed to be friends -- laughing, taking selfies, talking about children, etc. Really different from the stream of ladies I see file out of the Big Box Fitness place I have a membership. MVP is a really neat place!
