Fantastic experience: Super affordable gym. Great single prices along with couples package. Childcare is included in 1 cheap price. Nobody on the Springs can beat this gyms price. Also, the staff is super friendly, helpfull, and most importantly not judgemental. Gym is never packed and i have never waited for a piece of equipment.

Fantastic experience: I don't normally do reviews, but this place is so great I just had to give it it's five stars. This place is honestly what it would be like if two people who loved fitness an exercise and working out open their own gym without thought for making money off of people but providing them a place to work out unlike the major corporate gyms. Now, I've only met Tara, but she is wonderful very open to suggestions, takes incredible care of the gym and is also incredibly knowledgeable. Asking a question at elevation fitness doesn't result in well talk to our trainer and get signed up, rather it's met with an honest Ingotmed answer. Unlike the major gyms that offer you a membership and then point out what you have to pay extra for later, with elevation what you see is what you get. The environment is super friendly and almost family like. This is the kind of place where the owners get to know their members to know their goals what they're striving for and help them with it without the thought of making extra money off of them. I'm not a great speaker, so I just can't articulate everything that makes this place so incredibly awesome, so I would just say that you have to experience this place for yourself to understand why it's the best choice in the area

Fantastic experience: This is a real gym, everyone there is friendly willing to spot, or help out. It's 24/7 but not always staffed. Freelance personal trainers (and they know their stuff) are on site throughout the day and they have a little fridge for sports drinks/shakes. One of my few five-star reviews, this is a place where you can walk-in, hang your keys on the wall and not worry about it. If you left your sports bottle, it would be at the register the next day.

Fantastic experience: Great gym for someone who is looking to do some serious lifting. They have every machine and weight in there imaginable, it is home of the 200lbs dumbbells. A very motivating place and everyone in there is super helpful and knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this gym. It is family owned by the Duba family. They have provided such a variety of options to maximize a great workout. So much great equipment. The Duba family are friendly, caring, personable and professional. The trainers are educated and dedicated to their clients. My sister and I train with Brian Duba. I highly recommend him if you are serious about transforming yourself. He has over 40 years experience and is a amazing in his field. Overall a great experience. Thank you to the Duba family. Fantastic experience: I love the old school feel of this gym. I love that there isn't a television anywhere. Everyone that that I see in there are either athletes or body builders which help keep you motivated from a competitive standpoint. I love the there isnt people everywhere on there cell phones pretending to workout while occupying the equipment.

The members there are all helpful and fun to be around! It has all the equipment you need! Fantastic experience: Whether you're a competitor or just someone looking to get in or stay in shape this is an amazing gym. Has the feel of a true old school gym. People are helpful and it's easy to feel like a part of a gym family instead of just a loner working out in a corporate chain. Highly recommend this gym to anyone at any level of fitness.

Fantastic experience: This gym is AWESOME! It has a ton of equipment both for strength training and cardiovascular. It's big enough to where you have plenty of room to workout and not be bumping into the person next to you. Being in the fitness industry for over 14 years I recently flew out from Los Angeles to visit this gym and I was overly impressed by the cleanliness, the equipment is all Hammer Strength, Life Fitness and Cybex which are ALL top of the line companies! The staff is extremely knowledgeable in regards to strength training and bodybuilding along with fitness nutrition. This is the only non-corporate gym in and around the area where you will find 200lb dumbbells!! I can't say enough good things about this gym. I can't wait to go back!!
