Fantastic experience: Edit: Appears that due to the owner's personal health issues, it's closed as of this weekend. Great place to work out! The GM, Junior, is a real pro and takes care of all his clients the same. While NAF took over the old 24 Hour Fitness, Junior and the team are making it much better. Considering they're new and trying to make it in COVID restrictions, it's one of the best gym options on the north end. Swing by and check them out!

The equipment is great and the environment is welcoming. They offer classes, personal training, cryotherapy, etc. Highly highly recommend!!!!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely wonderful gym. The equipment is top notch and in better condition then when it was a 24 Hour Fitness. Regardless of when I go, there is equipment available and I have never had to stall my workouts to play with the toys.

Fantastic experience: Great gym at a great price. My husband and I moved our membership here after getting tired of Lifetime Fitness. NAF's prices are a quarter to a third of Lifetime's prices, and it is never busy. This is not a club or a spa...it isn't fancy, but there's so much equipment! Needing to wait for the station I want is a very rare occurrence. And everyone here is here to work. I'm very happy to call this my new gym.

Fantastic experience: Just started this gym and I am loving it! I don’t have to wait for machines, they have everything organized really nicely and the staff is super helpful! They’re always there when I have questions about weights or equipment.

Fantastic experience: We have had a membership for a month now and we are so incredibly impressed every time we go. Everything is clean and sanitized. You will never have to wait for a machine or rack. It's a huge place for people who go to actually workout instead of increase their followers on social media. You will not walk in front of anyones tripod because the people who go to this gym are only concerned with their individual workout. WE LOVE THIS GYM. It is worth every penny!!

Fantastic experience: We love going to NAF Fitness!! The facility is always clean, the equipment is plentiful and never broken, and it is never crowded. Jr. is awesome and his staff follow suit with exceptional customer service. No contracts and tons of extra options like cryotherapy, personal training, classes, & cool sculpting. The pool, sauna, and steam room are additional bonuses in my book! Definitely check them out if you are on the search for the perfect gym and get the added bonus of supporting a small business too!!

Fantastic experience: Clean, friendly, and welcoming! This gym has a ton of equipment, anything you could ever need for a good lift or cardio session. It’s well taken care of and has a much smaller crowd, which makes working out so much more pleasant when you don’t have to wait 20+ minutes for a rack or other equipment. 10/10 for those who want to get a good lift in!

Fantastic experience: As a gym-goer who does not always feel at home in the gym, the staff and environment has exceeded my expectations! Facility is kept super clean and there is no other gym membership you can get at this price that includes all of the amenities it has. Pool, sauna, basketball court, every machine and weights you could need, and free classes. Would recommend this gym to everyone!

Fantastic experience: Are you looking to actually work out in a gym and not socialize or wait for equipment??? I have been at NAF Fitness for about 3 months now. All my "lifts" have increased significantly. I am able to actually follow a training plan and NOT spend 3 hours in the gym. In and out in about 1.5 hours. No waiting!! On anything!! NAF Fitness is absolutely the cleanest and most well maintained facility I have ever worked out in. Plus, they have all the equipment and amenities you are looking for. From the pool, the sauna, cardio, weight machines, free weights, basketball gym, and personal trainers they have it. And I'm sure I left some things out. If your gym isn't as clean as you think it ought to be. If the equipment seems to always have out-of-order signs. If you are serious about your fitness. Well, you owe it to yourself to check this place out. If you come in during prime time after work hours, look for me!!! I'm the old guy with the white beard....

Fantastic experience: I started going to NAF because my wife had been going here for months and spoke very highly of it. I’ve now been going for a month or two, and I love it because it’s clean, they have a great variety of equipment, and the employees are always friendly and welcoming. It’s never overly crowded and the other gym members are respectful and keep to themselves. The bathrooms are always immaculate. It’s on a completely different level compared to chain gyms I used to go to. The membership fee is totally reasonable for all of the features that NAF offers. Junior has done great making this an inclusive and welcoming gym!

Fantastic experience: Very nice place. Staff are all very friendly as well as the other gym-goers. Stays very clean as well and has a very good range of equipment. I haven't tried them myself yet but the pool, hot tub and basketball court all look to be in great shape too. Overall, highly recommend this gym.

Fantastic experience: Naf gym is a great place to work out. help you maintain your fitness or a great place to get fit, the owner Junior is a great guy to talk with, Junior has great knowledge to share if you ask him about the equipment you are working with. I love coming here the staff is friendly helpful always greet you as you enter and exit, come on give this gym a try its local convenient and great ownership.

Fantastic experience: Incredible facility. Seemingly endless machines, plenty of squat/bench/deadlift platforms and an impressive line of dumbbells. The turf, boxing section spa/pool and basketball court are also very useful and the gym as a whole is very well maintained. There is never a wait, always a great crowd and it seems that everyone is there to be respectful and get to work. Junior, the general manager, is a great guy and will attend to your needs with the upmost service and professionalism. Truly a gem of a gym, not to mention the price is perfect. It they keep things up I'm sure I won't be the only one staying at this gym.

Fantastic experience: Coming from other gyms you can immediately see the difference at NAF. Not only do they have tons of great machines and weights, they are also cleaner and friendlier than any other place I've been. NAF offers the full package at a reasonable price and a great location!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this place. This is a fitness center so they focus on both the health in terms of working out and full body wellness. They have sauna, steam room, pool and an amazing weight/strength training section. If you want plenty of space, you got it. They do training sessions, basketball and a couple of classes. They’re still new, but they have lots of places for growth. Great people and great atmosphere. Tons of tvs and music, which Will have sports on. Makes it a nice neutral zone so people of all backgrounds can be here without life getting in the way. Highly recommend and will continue to come until my next duty assignment. Also, the rates are excellent. No long term contract just a small cancellation fee if you want to leave. This works amazing for professionals.

Fantastic experience: Legit gym! Has all the equipment anyone needs with no over crowding. Also it’s VERY affordable compared to lifetime, a gym I went to for the last 3 years. I definitely will encourage anyone to come here. Atmosphere is very inviting as well.

Fantastic experience: Great place to workout. There's plenty of equipment to choose from and I never have to wait for a machine to open up, unlike the big chain gyms here in the springs. The equipment is always clean, including the locker rooms. The staff are always friendly and for how big and updated this gym is, the pricing is extremely reasonable.

Fantastic experience: Probably one of my favorite gyms I’ve been too. The manager, junior, is super friendly and knowledgeable on all things fitness. The front desk staff are all very nice and never gave me an issue! They have a wide range of equipment, dumbbells that go as high as 140(I think), plenty of different cardio options, and so many different machine/ cable options! Overall, I think this is a great gym!

Fantastic experience: NAF has to be one of the best gyms for people who are serious about their health and well being. I used to think the best part of the gym was relaxing on the sauna after my workout, but i was wrong! The best part is getting in the cryo machine for 3 minutes to relief and aches or pain you get from your workouts. If you’re a member of this gym and haven’t stepped into this machine, you are seriously missing out on a huge recovery benefit.

Fantastic experience: This a gym where you come to workout and not have happy hour like other gyms. It has everything you need plus some extras. Best gym in Colorado Springs. Great atmosphere, great weights, great staff. It is never packed so I am able to get in and lift with no problems. Plenty of equipment so I am never in the way of anyone. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Wow! NAF has an amazing team of professionals As a brand new fitness center opening up in the middle of this COVID crisis, it really is a beacon of light for those of us who missed being in the pool every day. I’m treated like I’m the most important person every time I walk in, if I ever have a question, they go out of the way to answer it. The Pool area is clean as a whistle and all the fitness machines are working properly. For the monthly charge of $35, this is an amazing deal. I have told everybody about it and the membership is filling up super fast.

Fantastic experience: Very pleasantly surprised with this gym! It feels pretty new with LOTS of weights machines, dumbbells and aerobic machines. The green turf in the middle is a nice touch too. The lockers were really clean and plentiful. Staff member Troy and the GM Junior were really friendly & helpful to me while buying the 1 day pass. Overall I’d say come here if you’re looking for an alternative to the big time chains and want to support an independent gym.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Professionalism , Quality Clean organized gym floor with everything needed for your lift and a nice wet area for that post workout ‘cool down’ in the sauna or hot tub. Fun and friendly staff that will motivate the progress at those right times. Happy to be back at this location and happy with the new ownership

Fantastic experience: This gym is always so clean! There is tons of equipment, plenty of squat racks and accessory lift benches. I've never had a problem getting a swim lane or any piece of equipment I wanted. The owner also genuinely wants to know if there's anything at all that is dirty or unsatisfactory. I just wish the showers got hot faster and that there were wifi.

Fantastic experience: This was my old gym fitness closed, then the closed down. JR, the new owner, has done a great job of updating the equipment. He and his staff are friendly and professional. This Gym is one of only a few heated indoor pools in the North Springs area. I will tell all my friends and recommend anyone serious about their fitness should consider joining.

Fantastic experience: I have had nothing but good experiences here. I have been in a lot of gyms. Lived my whole life here in Colorado Springs. Seen them come and go. Worlds Gym, Golds gym, Gym Atlantis. Also had memberships to Villa Sport and 24 hour fitness. I really like this gym. Owner is very open to suggestions and has great ideas for continued expansion on the premise. So… I would recommend this gym highly.

Fantastic experience: I love this place! North Academy Fitness (NAF) is conveniently close, very clean, and has professional staff. The equipment at NAF is great and there’s a lot of it. Very spacious and I’m never waiting for a machine/weights. There’s a swimming pool/sauna, basketball court, platforms, turf, free weights, machines and cardio equipment- this place is stacked! I’ve also hit multiple PRs here due to the great atmosphere/vibe.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality I like to swim and the pool is always clean and the perfect temperature. The membership price is very reasonable and you can also buy punchcard for $50 and 10 punches instead of joining. It’s good to have a reasonably priced pool on the north end of town.

Fantastic experience: I recently joined NAF and I couldn’t be happier. The staff is friendly and the facilities are clean and well maintained. They have all the amenities you could possibly need. I have been using the pool and it has exceeded my expectations. The water temperature is perfect (many pools I have belonged to before keep it so cold I don’t even want to get in). It is a great workout experience every time. I highly recommend!

They have all the amenities you could possibly need, plus a pool, hot tub and saunas. The area, the equipment, and the atmosphere all makes you want to get physical and enjoy yourself. Everything is extremely clean, and they have very friendly and inviting employees.

Fantastic experience: This is a gym is for lifters. It's got every piece of equipment you will need and the two platforms for squats and deadlifts (obviously you could do Olympic weightlifting as well) are incredibly nice. Junior is always there and very attentive for things that need to be fixed or addressed. Highly recommend this gym. It's not constantly packed with no room to breathe or move around. I'm always able to do the workouts I need.

Fantastic experience: Love this place! Always pretty calm and very clean. The staff here want to see you succeed. Support small business and get in shape while you’re at it. If you were a fan of the gym that used to be here, the layout is almost identical so you will be comfortable. They have free weights, machines, all kinds of cardio machines, clean locker rooms, a pool, sauna, steam room, basketball court, and more. Just please make an effort to clean your machines. Nobody wants to sit in your sweat.

Fantastic experience: It’s a great place to get serious about getting in shape. It has twice the equipment at 1/3 the price of other gyms. It’s well maintained, very clean, and never crowded. I really like it.

Fantastic experience: Great gym. Much better cardio equient than the budget gyms i'd checked out and much better price than the luxury gyms around that cost so much. Always seems to be a pickup game of basketball going on. Looks like a great pool. Still pretty empty, so easy to get your workout in with no hassle after work. Also asked the other day for a family member and they take silver sneakers.

Fantastic experience: New owner, new name (NAF Fitness). I used to be a member when it was 24 hour fitness. I think more equipment have been added, and added some boxing equipment which is always a good workout, more weights and the basketball court is the best in Colorado Springs and the floor have been redone. Has better grip on the floor than it used to be and the floor is not sticky. Seems to me like everything is a bit better! Locker room stays clean so the staff is doing a good job on that. And if you like treadmills StairMaster bikes they have quite a bit of cardio machines. Highly recommended!!
