Fantastic experience: Flex gym is simply amazing. I have been training here for two and a half years and have loved every bit of it thanks to Jeff and everyone else at Flex Gym. If you are looking for a simple, quiet, no bs gym Flex is the place. I don't know why anyone would want to train at a sterile big box gym when there are places like Flex that are filled with heart and soul.

Fantastic experience: Was just visiting Colorado, but whether you're visiting or there to stay and you want to make progress in bodybuilding or powerlifting this is the place to go. Just going inside you feel motivated by the enviornment.

Fantastic experience: This is an old school "garage style" type of gym with 80's type of equipment with alot of wear-and-tear, however this is NOT a bad thing! This gym is for the hard-core and deditcated individuals who take their fitness lifestyle seriously. If you are a competitive athlete or training for a show this is the place to go. Training with Olympic athletes, power lifters, bodybuilders, fitness competitiors, rock climbers, MMA fighters and the alike is not uncommon. Don't let this level of profesionalism scare you, most are easy going and have gems of knowledge to share upon your personal journey of fitness. There is an overall no BS feel to the gym and ALL LEVELS OF FITNESS ARE WELCOME! So, if you're new to the area or looking for a new gym home...check them out!

Positive experience: The gym is great. Old school style gym with lots of motivating people. Love the abundance of equipment. The problem is the mens rooms is disgusting. I feel more comfortable using a porta potty then these. If they cleaned the restrooms I would have given it 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: Group of us came to Colorado Springs for the weekend and found this gym. Lots of equipment and plenty to choose from. Most impressed by the attitude here. Some serious lifters, but all soles and kindness. Met the manager and owner, they were fantastic. Day pass was $6 and monthly fees were very fair. If I lived here, this would be my gym. Certainly will return when I come to the area. Everyone is my group said they same thing. Great gym and atmosphere. Thanks!!

Fantastic experience: I was just visiting from out of town and needed a day pass. $6! This place has everything you need to get strong, and has some of the strongest (and kindest) humans in Colorado. The old school vibes and big humans can seem intimidating, but don’t be fooled. This is a wonderful place to train. I can’t say enough good things about this gym.

Fantastic experience: One of the best places to train! Not as fancy as the bigger notable gyms in town. It's a family friendly atmosphere with focused individuals who wants to get healthy. Highly recommended especially for those looking for a "Old school" type of gym. Olympic Weightlifting platform with bumper plates, strong man equipment, bodybuilding machines, tons of free weights, and cardio machines! There are even tires you can flip in the back!

With some specialty equipment that you can't find anywhere with an emphasis for body building, powerlifting and some strongman equip they also have options for every range of physical fitness, no matter where your starting or what your looking for!

Fantastic experience: I love Flex! It's set up perfectly and it has everything you need. I also really appreciate that they have a little playroom for kids so I can bring my littles with me. Also very reasonably priced, and Bagel is one of the sweetest pups in the world.

Fantastic experience: I've been to gyms all over the world and this is easily in my top 5. Very motivating place to workout. If you "train" instead of "exercise", this is the place for you. Privately owned and excellent staff and family feel.

Fantastic experience: Love this place! If you want a straight to the point lifting gym this is your place! They don't have the silly rules that most chains have. They have a ton of equipment! I almost never had to wait or feel like I needed to fight the crowds for equipment. All the members and staff are super friendly and happy to offer advise when asked for it. I can say if you are a clean freak its not the cleanest place but that never bothered me or stopped me from getting the workouts in. Highly recommend to serious lifters!

Fantastic experience: This gym is dope. It's got the old school feel I was looking for, but also has a huge variety of equipment so you can truly get a next level workout in. I recommend this gym to anyone and everyone. There's always a great group of people working out there. I'm an early morning lifter, so it's cool to see the same people consistently getting after it Whether you're a powerlifter, a crossfittter, or anything in between, as long as you like to put some work in, you'll love this gym.

Fantastic experience: This is my first experience with having a gym membership. The first thing I noticed was how clean the gym is all of the time even the bathrooms and showers. Staff is friendly in there if you need help with how to use equipment or any other questions. Gym members are respectful of your privacy. If you have your earbuds in they know you don't want to talk. People are very respectful of your workout time. They have a lot of equipment plenty of treadmills and bikes and anything else you could ask for plus they offer classes. I wouldn't hesitate it's been a great experience

Fantastic experience: This is a no frills, old school lifting gym. There's some cardio equipment but the focus here is free weights and weight machines. Most results in transforming my body has been here. Go in, get your work done, and leave. Simple. Staff is awesome and no judgement in where you start at. Independent trainers bring clients here too.

All around good atmosphere. Great prices for day pass or membership. Great for casual lifters and people just getting into shape or a little exercise or serious lifting.

Fantastic experience: This gym is still my all time favorite. 5 states and counting. 11 gyms. All the equipment you need to see improvement ( if you know what you are doing). Huge trainers ( they know what they are doing). Helpful manager and all around down to earth guy.( He is very helpful) This is a gym for people that put pride aside and come to make a change, so anyone.
