Fantastic experience: I came into the gym afraid for my life! Needless to say after a short month, it has changed my life and I wake up excited to go everyday, I cannot stay away. The community is inspiring and outstanding, but what makes this gym special is the heart and level of coaching provided. I know whatever mood I go in the gym with I will always leave happy knowing that I accomplished something new and have crushed it. So happy I made the decision to overcome my fears and more than happy to be apart of a fun community with some of the most knowledgeable leaders!

Fantastic experience: This is my first time at an actual cross fit gym and it's nice to finally learn all the movements the correct way. Ben and Gina do a great job and are very knowledgeable. They take the time to show you correct form and technique. Everything is nice and new and clean . I would definitely recommend Calusa Cross Fit to anyone interested in getting in better shape and doing it the right way.

Fantastic experience: I have been doing CrossFit for 2 years and I have thoroughly enjoyed working out at Calusa CrossFit. Coach Gina is highly experienced in coaching CrossFit and she is able to make subtle corrections to my form that help me to maximize my workouts. She coaches and helps people at all levels of fitness- it's wonderful and inspiring to see what goals people have accomplished in just a short time while working with Coach Gina. Everyone working out at Calusa receives personalized coaching, attention and encouragement and the atmosphere is very positive and motivating.

Fantastic experience: If you ever need an example to define passion...think of Gina Bollman. And she is passionate about helping people to reach their goals in physical training and coaching. She enjoys not only seeing people reach their goals, but also develops practical workouts and diet helps and strategies in getting there. Love seeing her passion in action as a trainer and coach! Fantastic experience: I am so excited that i have found my new crossfit home! I took a few years off, so I was super nervous about jumping back in... but the owners have made it super fun and even easy! The gym is very clean, welcoming and everyone is super friendly and supportive! I cannot wait to meet my fitness goals! ????
