Positive experience: Some machines are broken and some equipment is in obvious disrepair. However, the staff is friendly and the community is welcoming and non judgemental. It is a small place but has most all machines and equipment that one would need.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely in love with this gym. I have experience from several areas being training, group exercise, and even just day to day personal workouts and the gym has everything you can imagine and need. The equipment is a perfect balance of both free weight and cable weight with tons of the cardio machines as well. Aside from the technical/physical additions, Falcon Fitness has a true welcoming staff that actually care and listen to you as opposed to a majority of commercial gyms. Overall I have been working out at Falcon Fitness for over 2 years and there has never been a single complaint or issue with anything!

Fantastic experience: Best Gym in Flowery Branch area. Stephanie is always helpful. All the Trainers, Dee, Renee, Lee and Robin are great. Also, the Zumba instructors Jue Jue and Freida are great. If you are looking to get fit, there is no better place in the Branch.

Fantastic experience: This is my all time favorite gym! I’ve been going here since 2014 and have stuck with it since! Unless I move I won’t be attending another gym! Plus the staff is amazing, especially Stephanie who will always go out of her way to help you with whatever you need! If your looking for a nice gym without a crazy amount of people this is the gym for you!

Plus, I’ve never ran into one of “those” guys—you know, the creepy dudes that are always at the big chain gyms. Not here though! I feel 100 safe and comfortable coming to work out at any time.
