TRIM30 FITNESS

Fantastic experience: I had physical therapy at Bodyworks Studio and did a lot of strength training. Even though I wanted to start working out again, I was scared of getting injured again. Dr. Kara suggested that I try Trim, where there is a trainer to monitor my form and provide personalized advice. I'm really enjoying getting back in shape at Trim. The staff is friendly and there is plenty of equipment to use. The other members are very supportive and I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to get fit.

Fantastic experience: I recently went through ACL surgery for the 3rd time on my left knee, and I have been struggling to get back to normal activities for the past decade. One day, I decided to take a tour of the facility and try it out. This turned out to be the best choice I could have made. The trainers (Nannette, Nick, and John) were very helpful in providing me with a personalized fitness plan, so I stopped my physical therapy sessions. My knee has been doing much better than expected and I have never felt this good before. My self-esteem is at an all-time high. I would highly recommend Trim Fitness to anyone who wants to gain confidence, whether they are recovering from an injury, both physical and mental, or just want to get back in shape.
