HOTWORX Bloomingdale - 24/7 Infrared Fitness Studio

Fantastic experience: HotWorx is a great workout environment! The saunas give you the best sweat and you have access to the weights too! The staff is very welcoming, friendly, and always there to help. I would highly recommend getting a HotWorx membership!

Negative experience: This review is coming from someone who worked at a gym for several years, has done personal training annually, worked with nutritionists, has gone to several different gyms across Florida and the US. I workout 5x a week, doing calisthenics, strength training, and cardio. 1.HOTWORX should not be your only form of fitness. As someone who is athletic and was looking for a new program to try, I felt that HOTWORX does not have any effect on my physical or functional progress or performance outside of inside the gym. And I would do back to back sessions at near max temperature. Most gyms have a dry sauna anyways, which is perfect to just relax in for 30 minutes after any workout a few times a week. And I tried every single class at HOTWORx consistently for a while when I first joined. 2. They are incredibly expensive for a gym that also requires you to buy your own HOTWORX mat and towel. Then on top of that, expect a 100$ cancellation fee or you have to continue paying for months, knowing you won't be able to go in. While other places typically have a few of 25-35$. 3. As mentioned, it shouldn't be your only form of fitness and if we are paying for both HOTWORX and another gym membership, you'll be paying nearly 100$ a month. Majority of it going to HOTWORX and it's not effective. This place is not worth your time, energy and money. You're better off doing basic strength training, Pilates classes, or group training at the bigger or even smaller, locally owned gyms and then hopping in the sauna after working out.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Hotworx since June and I am addicted! I love that it's available 24/7. I am only able to workout in the evenings so this place was perfect for my schedule. The workouts help you burn a ton of calories and the saunas are amazing. The place is secure, safe, and very clean. I 100% recommend Hotworx Bloomingdale.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough about this gym and the staff. It is so nice to be welcomed by name every time I come to a class - even when I have taken time off due to crazy schedules or sick littles at home. The workouts are awesome and I always leave feeling sweaty but AMAZING. A must try if you are looking for a great new workout routine!

I have not been to a nicer gym, the level of attention by the manager Nate is awesome, he is always there to be helpful to my mom when she wants to set up her classes on the app, the rooms are always very clean, very hot, and the machines always working! All the staff is great, there's fitness challenges monthly that make it all the more exciting and motivating! Wish i could give more stars!

Fantastic experience: I’m a sweat anywhere member and visit locations all over the country. This is the only location I’ve ever visited that offers soap, shampoo and towels in the shower. Top notch! The owner here remembered my name when I visited 3 months later.

Fantastic experience: Hotworx is a top-notch establishment providing a unique and effective way to exercise without spending HOURS in a typical gym setting. Their virtual instructor led sessions are interactive and fun, but still manage to give you a great burn! After a session you feel brand new, like you sweat off all your stress while getting a great workout in. Can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking to make a positive change.

Fantastic experience: I joined HOTWORX because I needed something new and different. I love to sweat because I know I'm releasing toxins (ya kno...bad stuff). Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to HOTWORX for well over a year now and it’s the first gym I’ve really gotten addicted to. The workouts are so much more effective and in a shorter timeframe as well. Nate and the rest of the staff are fantastic! The facility is always super clean. I can’t think of any negatives whatsoever. Easiest 5-star rating I’ve given.

Fantastic experience: I have been to Hotworx a few times at this point, and it is such a great workout. The heat takes it to the next level. I can feel the toxins leaving my body in my sweat I bet the warmth would be really nice in the winter. Place is also super clean as well.

Negative experience: You’ll never be able to cancel your plan. They will find a way to charge you. I ended up cancelling my credit card just to get out from under them.

Fantastic experience: I was introduced to hotworx through a friend and decided to give it a try! I’ve been a member since the beginning of the year. It’s been such an amazing experience. The entire staff here is so incredibly friendly and welcoming. I’ve seen so much improvement with my endurance, mobility and recovery thanks to the infrared saunas. I always leave feeling so incredible and accomplished.

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing! I always had such a hard time working out at a gym, my anxiety always made it hard to work out in public. I love that the saunas were 3 people max! I love the guided workouts, the infrared technology really brought my exercise up to a whole new level! I walk out of every session burning nearly 1,000 calories in only an hour and half! Exercises never increased my energy until hotworkx! Not only do I have more energy but I sleep soooo well! And the best part about this place is the staff! Nate and Diana are such amazing people! Diana truly made me feel like part of the family and Nate truly is there for everyone that’s a part of hotworkx! Hotworkx truly is addicting and I would recommend this to ANYONE!

Fantastic experience: Honestly the best decision I could’ve made was to sign up at Hotworx! A late night yoga or pilates class helps me sleep after a long day at work or school. I started getting into weight lifting recently so the area in the back is perfect for this. SO excited about the new cable machine, I’ve already looked up various workouts to do with it. The entire facility is always clean and everyone is always friendly.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love it here! Working out in the infrared sauna is the best, it loosens my muscles (and people with injuries can move more inside) it rejuvenates skin cells detoxing from the inside out so great for aging skin! Andddddddddd honestly my insomnia and waking up to scroll my phone is completely gone. And of course all the fitness aspects as well. It's hard to compare or beat being a member here! It's a health journey/need for me. Alsooooo they have classes starting on a continue cycle so as a mom I don't have to worry about making it to class I can catch the next one if needed!

Fantastic experience: My experience at HOTWORX in Bloomingdale this past month has been nothing short of awesome! Everyone is very friendly and willing to answer any questions or concerns we might have. You have a great team full of enthusiasm, funny jokes and optimism! You guys really care about your Warriors! I have definitely noticed the results from the 3D infrared training. From better sleep, to feeling more limber and open all over, and even the toning of my body in such short amounts of time, I never thought a workout could be so enjoyable and motivating! I wake up with more energy and a better insight in my life, to accomplish more than I would when I used to go to Planet Fitness. Going to Hotworx is a breeze in comparison. I never dread coming in, whereas I used to sit in the parking lot dreading to go into PF. I am completely grateful for the opportunity to join a fitness group where you don't need an insane amount of time invested. Fantastic experience: I've never looked forward to working out until I joined Hotworx. The sweat factor is so gratifying, but I've also felt so much better with 3+ years of chronic low back and hip pain. I'm feeling stronger with my littles. And I've already noticed some weight change, despite making up for some calories with summer desserts. :D I appreciate being able to schedule my workouts and getting to workout alone too. I highly recommend Hotworx for anyone looking to get healthy, stronger and maybe even looking for pain relief like me.

Fantastic experience: I have found that I have quickly become addicted to the Hotworx workouts. I’ve never been one to get up early to go to the gym no matter how much I tried. I’m up and ready for my early morning workouts here. I’m also getting better workouts and feeling the “burn” better than I ever have at the gym. I had my hip replaced 6 months ago and have had difficulty with getting feeling back. In the two weeks I’ve been attending Hotworx, my feeling has come back more than it did total in the last 6 months! The people that work there are great! Love the energy! I have nothing but great things to say!

Other HOTWORX members are friends right away! Everyone says hi and is so encouraging! I love the flexibility of 24 hour access with the block scheduling that you sign up for, making there be a self commitment to showing up. (And if you can’t there isn’t a fee or charge either!) I can’t wait to see how different my body will look in a few months and a year!

There are so many different types of workouts so I never get bored, the classes are only 15-30 minutes long so they fit in perfectly with my busy schedule. When I started working out at Hotworx I wasn’t sure what to expect. A mother of two, working full time and have had 13 surgeries on my leg and hip & I have struggled to workout where it’s not hurting me and have gone backwards or simply stopped. Fantastic experience: Hotworx Bloomingdale is the perfect place to change up my workout routine and add cross training. I never thought isometric moves would exhaust my muscles like this - exhaust in the best way possible. I also show up for the detoxifying and anti inflammatory benefits. Fantastic experience: So glad I found Hotworx! I think this is a perfect workout place for the time we’re in and for working parents. I love that I can get a great workout in a shorter time and on my schedule. I also appreciate that I usually have a sauna to myself just for Covid safety. Each sauna can have up to 3 people, but it’s usually not hard to get your own. It is also pretty easy to breathe in the sauna due to the infrared heat. AND can’t forget about it being affordable too. Definitely love Hotworx!

Fantastic experience: Instantly I felt very comfortable when I received a return phone call when I inquired about the new facility, I spoke with Diana who is an absolute delight and has been since day one!! I set up an appt to meet with Diana and check out the facility with my daughter! They were still in the process of opening up the facility and putting the finishing touches in place. Diana and Nate greeted us and I couldn't have felt more welcomed!! Needless to say, I signed up on the spot!! I have been attending classes at HOTWORX since September 18th and usually attend 5-6 days a week. I have seen such a huge difference in everything, stamina, skin, sleep, back pain, flexibility and I come out feeling amazing every session. I have also made so many new friends! I can truly say I have never become so addicted to any type of training or workout facility, like I am with HOTORX! I guess you can say I'm addicted!! If you haven't already, go signup! Fantastic experience: Having been in the fitness/gym industry for 8 years, I can say that this gym location is very well run and managed. It is clean, tidy and access is easy for customers. The regularly updated training content is challenging and encouraging. If you want a place to train, with privacy but professional guidance, you've found it.

Fantastic experience: The is by far the best workout I've experienced! The whole staff is wonderful, professional and caring. I've seen great results since I've been working out: improved sleep and skin tone. I take medication for my high blood pressure and working out consistently these last 3 months have significantly lowered my numbers. I've gone down 2 sizes and love the way my clothes feel! I would highly recommend Hot Worx to anyone that is looking for great overall results to their health and well being! You can try a class for free!

Fantastic experience: Everything about this place is awesome! You get to work out in infrared saunas when there’s so many benefits from just standing in one! And the work outs are 15 minutes or 30 minutes, how can you beat that?! AND it’s open 24 hours with a class every 15 minutes! It’s hard to make an excuse to not go when it’s much shorter time then a regular work out and when you can go at anytime you want! Not to mention the amazing staff here!! It’s a good feeling walking in and everyone remembering you and making you feel comfortable. They’re so genuine and helpful, it’s like a big family there! If you’re thinking about giving this place a shot - DO IT. It will be worth it!

Fantastic experience: Hotworx has been a life changer for my husband and I. The infrared saunas have been healing to our bodies in so many ways. Not only have we had successful weight loss, we have had a major decrease in pain, stress, and our bodies feel refreshed and refueled after leaving. Having 4 kids makes it hard to get away at times but these quick workouts have allowed us to be present for our kids while still taking care of our own bodies. I have worked out at many gyms for hours at a time and have never seen the benefits I am seeing at Hotworx.
