Fantastic experience: I reached out to Leah from a place of absolute exhaustion. I had been on diet and exercise programs for the last 20 years trying to achieve a weight and a figure that is not destined to be. An “ideal figure” that had been shoved in my face since my childhood. I’m honestly tired and done with the diet culture. Leah taught me how to have a healthy relationship with food and eating and movement and exercise and body image and mindset. She taught me how to stop beating myself up for not fitting into what the diet culture said I should fit into. And to begin to love who I am and who I am created to be.
