Fantastic experience: My first time being "stretched and flexed" by Flexologist Eddie and it was rejuvenating! Eddie was very knowledgeable of human neuromuscular anatomy and I experienced no pain during my session! He put me through,slow,gentle,firm stretches, always asking how I was feeling, and really loosened me up! Not even a muscle spasm in the leg I'm under current medical care for! I highly recommend giving it a try to improve your balance, flexibility, and mobility! I signed up for 4 more sessions. It's like a massage, chiropractic, and yoga all rolled into one, but, without bone cracking and pain!

He takes his time to guide my body. As well as verbally communicate the each step and movement. He incorporates frequent pauses to make sure that I'm comfortable with the next forward move. From the first session to now, I have definitely gained mobility improvement. And a fill of overall health benefit. Adrian was my technician, I work my appointments around his schedule when possible. She will also see me at 6pm which is "after" normal closing time. That closing time is the only negative about the organization... should be open later for working people like myself.

Running is a great exercise but limited in range of motion so StretchLab helps with that mobility and injury prevention. Fantastic experience: I've been to stretch lab twice now and my flexologist was Leo. He is great very patient and gentle. I highly recommend him. :) I have pain in my left foot which makes me limp in the morning. With just two sessions I've noticed a difference. My foot doesn't hurt so bad.

I have seen doctors, taken supplements, changed my diet, increased my water intake, and stretched. And nothing stopped the nightly cramps until I met David at StretchLab. Positive experience: I definitely did not get enough stretching done during my 50 min session. She mostly used the theragun instead of stretching me. It felt a waste of money since I have a massager of my own at home and I came to get stretched. Also I told her to not be so gentle since this is not my first time and she wouldn’t listen.
