Positive experience: Kokofit saved me after open heart surgery and improved my strength by 140%. Not quite as strong now after 2 months sick with Covid, but I’ll get back there!

Fantastic experience: I love this club. I like coming in and having one piece of equipment for myself for a 30 minute duration. There is no waiting for a turn at multiple pieces of equipment used by a lot of sweaty people. I like the friendliness of the gym. I also like the cleanliness. I’ve tried several gyms on the cape and have been a member of Koko since May 2012

Fantastic experience: I love going to KOKO. I like that the club is small and quaint. NO big muscle heads here. I feel like I have my own personal trainer with the Koko program. I highly recommend Koko. Come give it a try!

Fantastic experience: Being Koko Strong has helped me stay healthy! Having your personal weight machine when working out has been great during COVID! I love that my programs are visual and easy to follow and it is also fun !! Our Koko fit gym is also extremely clean!!

Fantastic experience: I joined this club in Mashpee in 2006 (?) and relocated to Centreville when Mashpee closed. I love having my own personal trainer (well, a machine personal trainer). I also like the flexibility to visit the club whenever I choose. Many times I am in the club solo, like exercising in the comfort of my living room! Linda is always available if a machine breaks down, via in person or via phone. Unfortunately I have not been visiting as often as I would like due to illness in my family. I hope to be a 3X weekly regular soon.

Fantastic experience: Koko has enabled me, at age 75, to lead an active life, move confidently, and feel terrific. I spend less than an hour three times a week at Koko, but it has made a very positive difference in my physical health and mental outlook

Fantastic experience: Been going here for years..love it! Always super super clean, and members ALWAYS wipe down machines when they are done..never crowded and a great owner who responds immediately to any problems you may encounter
