Fantastic experience: Brianna was my physical therapist in 2018 when I had shoulder surgery. She helped me make a full recovery. When I recently developed neck pain, my primary physician suggested that I get some physical therapy. I immediately thought of Brianna. She is very knowledgeable, personable and listens well. She has given me exercises to do at home which have also been helpful. Her assistant who helps with exercises in the gym area is also pleasant and knowledgeable. I have no doubt that Brianna will help me get to the point where my neck pain is minimal.

Fantastic experience: I have been a client at Cape Cod rehab many times. They have helped me recover successfully from hip replacement and knee replacement. Recently, I came to them with a problem that hadn’t been completely diagnosed by several doctors. After relaying all my concerns and symptoms to my physical therapist, Briana Lackenby, she began to work on the area she thought would help the best. After one session of PT, I was relieved of pain that I had had for over five weeks. I still have a way to go and with Bree listening to me, I feel heard for the first time in many weeks! All the staff are friendly and professional. They are passionate and caring people. I recommend them highly.

Fantastic experience: shoulder injury, evaluation and rehab consists of many different exercises beginning with easy exercise for a few weeks, increasing exercise gradually with strength improvements. PT's listen to feedback and treat accordingly, the more feedback, the better the treatment and results. I think they're great....helping me a lot in short time - twice a week, plus I do a lot of exercise at home, that's important if you want to get better.

Fantastic experience: Cape Cod Rehab has the best physical therapists in the area. Over the years I have used their services and highly recommend exploring them for your physical therapy needs.

Negative experience: The first thing one notices when entering the facility is the intense mold odor! This is so toxic, especially if you are going there to get healthier!

Fantastic experience: The staff are very friendly and helpful and my pt Briana is excellent helping me out with stretches /manual therapy and strengthening exercises for my arm/shoulder. She is also a breast cancer pt specialist so if you have had surgery for breast cancer and have issues related to the surgery she is the one to visit to help with regaining mobility/strength and any lymphatic issues.

Fantastic experience: Taylor is very thorough and knowledgeable. On my initial appointment she evaluated my knee issue in a more detailed manner than in any prior PT experience ( and I’ve had several with back injuries, and earlier knee issues). I felt that she offered a care plan with a clear way forward to improving my strength and recovery. Very impressed.

Positive experience: Taylor is a great therapist. She is caring, thoughtful and develops a thorough plan of care. However, the scheduler was to tell the therapist that I needed cervical neck traction. I received one call from the scheduler asking me to call back. I left three messages and was told each time that they would tell the scheduler. The first of my call backs, I was told the scheduler was on her lunch break. The second time I was told she had just left for the day. The third time I was told she was out sick. Each time I was told she would be told that I had called. I didn’t get a call back from the scheduler, necessitating my calling three times. In meantime, I was waiting for a call telling me that traction could, in fact, be done. I was finally told, on my third calI, that traction therapy could be given, and that they would tell the scheduler to call about dates for therapy. I never received treatment. Patient follow up should be a priority. I was busy with doctor visits and not feeling well because of chronic pain. Many days, I don’t care to make calls driven by long term depression and chronic moderate to severe pain.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been fortunate to have found Brianna Lackenby! I’ve been seeing Brianna on and off since I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2008. Brianna has proven to be extremely competent at diagnosing and treating my symptoms, explaining the source of the pain, and developing treatment plans that I enjoy carrying over to my daily exercise routine. I’ve received treatment for complications from radiation treatment, neck and lower back injuries, and knee wear and tear.

Fantastic experience: I was a patient at CCR for3 months after a total knee replacement. Most of my sessions were with Rick but I also worked with Bree, and Sarah. All of the staff was professional, friendly and so helpful. The environment was positive and fostered a sense of optimism related to recovery. I would certainly recommend CCR and will return with a future surgery.

Fantastic experience: I have had 2 Aquatic Sessions at CC Rehab so far with Taylor. I was initially very hesitant about it. Taylor calmed my fears and advised that water therapy would be the best thing for my current injury. Therapy is hard work but I hope with the help of Taylor and the staff at CC Rehab that I will eventually get back to doing the things I love like walking, kayaking , bike riding and being as active as possible. Brittney has rehabilitated me for knee injuries, the first time. A hip injury, the second time. And now currently working on me for back and neck problems from a car accident. I have never had a relapse from any of my previous encounters. She is a true professional and definitely knows her business. Come here first and don’t waste your time going to other places on the Cape. I went to a different rehab facility one time on the Cape and was very disappointed. I will only come back here from now on.

This year, after spinal lamenectomy, I didn’t hesitate to go to them again. They are knowledgeable and skilled in physical therapy. Especially love the pool ! Highly recommended.
