Fantastic experience: So I was visiting Osterville to see some family and was looking for a local box to drop into. I found CrossFit Hyannis through a google search and gave it a go. They used the same check in software as my home gym which made it super easy. I honestly cannot thank the team enough for being so welcoming. I dropped in a total of 3 times and every time the workouts were tough but there was a very strong community feel. Mark the coach was exceptional and made the extra effort to bring everyone together as a team with inclusive questions. His knowledge was exceptional and he would walkways check in with everyone before the WOD to see if any variations were needed. I honestly cannot say enough good things about the team. That coupled with the incredible facilities which were meticulously cleaned every day this really was home from home. I can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic experience: This box, embodies what it means to be a CrossFit gym! I came as a visitor from out of town and did two droppings during the week. The coaching was excellent, but facilities were spotless and well equipped with everything. People were so welcoming as well! Even if you do that Crossfit regularly, or the Crossfit at all, if you are visiting the Cape Ann, without you getting a workout with people who are motivate you and encourage you,

Fantastic experience: First thing one notices entering Crossfit Hyannis is the organization of equipment, whiteboards, and storage spaces for athletes. On my very first day there, I could plainly see where exercise, instruction, and administration are supposed to take place. There is more than enough equipment to service its clientele, even during the busy summer when the Cape has all of the visitors. The facility is very clean including restrooms and showers. The classes at Crossfit Hyannis are well structured providing the athlete with proper warm up, in-depth introduction and instruction on the day's emphasis, a skill or strength portion, the WOD, then time and space to cool down. The coaches display an authentic passion for helping people become the best versions of themselves. They display this with their substantial credentials, detailed coaching for athletes at any age or level, and encouragement. I have always had a professional experience when dealing with any of the gym's representatives. One will find a wide variety of athletes training here with the same goal in mind. The effects of communal exercise and accountability are strong here. They all know each other and welcome a new guy like me very easily. Of the various gyms I have belonged to, this one feels like home. I strongly recommend Crossfit Hyannis to anyone who is serious about becoming a stronger and healthier human.

Fantastic experience: Had a great time dropping into CrossFit Hyannis today. The owner Katie was very welcoming. The bear complex WOD was a needed change of pace from all of the ice cream on the Cape the last few days.

Positive experience: Has all the equipment you need and provides the perfect crossfit ambiance - you know, the unforgiving warehouse look with chalk wafting through the air.

Fantastic experience: I dropped in for the Open workout 16.4 on the 18th of March 2016. Katie the owner was awesome very cordial and knowledgeable. I've dropped in to 10 boxes so far and a couple things she did that not every Box does. She went over the movement standards in detail and introduced me as a visitor, all the folks we very friendly and inviting. She has a very clean, well run facility and program, Thanks Katie!!

Fantastic experience: I've belonged to several CrossFit boxes and dropped in at literally dozens and this is bar none the best. Katie Falkowski runs it with all the right blend of passion, positivity, real knowledge of work-out programming, and a welcoming embrace for all. The work-outs are tough and move at a good clip, but can scale to all levels. There is also none of the bs hierarchy across skill levels that unfortunately has crept into some boxes. Gym is well-equipped, spacious, and clean. Katie's motto is "Livin' the Dream" and she and the rest of the community make it come to life at CrossFit Hyannnis!

Fantastic experience: Great experience! Katie does an awesome job balancing the needs of clients from 15 to 65+ years old. She always makes sure everyone has scaling options and is constantly reinforcing lifting/movement technique. Give it a try!

Fantastic experience: I pretty much live at this gym. It has become my home and my place of escape. Constantly surrounded by great people and fantastic coaches. They each take the time to give you the attention you need as an individual while still making you feel welcomed in the community. Definitely check them out!
