Welcome to my website! I have been training in martial arts for over 45 years and teaching for over 30 years. I am passionate about helping people get strong and healthy, and developing a skill that could save their life. I have been lucky to have been taught by many masters and grandmasters, giving me a broad and unique knowledge of martial arts and chi-kung training. I have also immersed myself in the lost strength training secrets of such strongmen of old like Siegmund Breitbart, Joe Bonomo, The Great Gama, Earle Liederman, George Jowett, Bruce Lee, Eugene Sandow and others. I have received many honors and awards for my teaching and efforts, and have been on the board of directors for some of the largest martial arts organizations in the world.

He is a grandmaster and 10th degree black belt, and an international author and writer for Black Belt magazine. He has been inducted into multiple martial arts halls of fame, and has received awards for his contributions to the martial arts from President Barack Obama.
